Worst location. Twice, I had burnt breakfast. I had the crossaint chesse egg and sauge and the bread was burnt. Its like the workers never want to work and always in a bad mood. Not to memtion they dont ever answer the phone. I just ordered a large drink today to give them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered a large drink and the entire cup is ice. I poured out the drink to a cup and it was not even a cup full. So disappointing with this location. I live close by and I wish they got their act straight.

This has to be one of the worst Dunkin ever.! Dirty floor, counters. Not a single hello let alone a good morning. Ask for half a cup of coffee at regular price and receive a full almost overfilled cup. I get it, these 2 employees really do not want to work, either at this store or any store for that matter but I should not be the target of your unhappiness and negative attitude.

Lady was very rude towards my mom and had no reason for it as my mom was being simply polite and just asking them to fix what they messed up but of course trashy miserable workers will always find a way to mess something up if ur miserable working at Dunkin u shouldn’t be serving anybody because we are not the reason u ended up at Dunkin this place always messes up drinks and if u need a straw at the window ur told to go inside tell me how that makes sense and no phone number on top of terrible service this Dunkin is trash.

We are in a country where there are hundreds of different languages, the only main language in this country is English, but many people do not know how to speak it and that does not make them ignorant, in this place they serve people with contempt for not knowing English, I really feel sorry for this place because they do not put intolerant people to serve the public, I repeat, many people who do not know how to speak English have a university degree and come very well prepared in what they studied, now I wonder what education a person has who serves the public and laughs and is disrespectful for not knowing English, I think they should prepare their staff more so that situations like this do not continue to happen, thank you

They don’t pay attention to the counter at all. If you’re not going through drive thru, expect to be ignored. Even if you DO go through the drive thru, their service is still unbelievably slow. Hire good staff, what you have is terrible. This seems to be the standard for DD around, the other one down the road does the same thing…

I was served moldy Munchkins and flies in my drink this morning. I tried to make a private complaint for a refund, but all I got were the owner’s “sincere apologies.” So now he gets my public review. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

As a longtime patron of this particular Dunkin’ Donuts, I have always appreciated its convenient location just a short drive from my home. However, my recent visits have left me increasingly disappointed and frustrated, prompting me to share my experiences.

During my last drive-thru visit this morning, I faced an unacceptable wait time of over 20 minutes after I had placed my order. Initially, I thought the delay might be a one-off situation, but I quickly realized that the process now requires customers to drive around, park, and wait for their orders to be brought out, all after completing payment. This new procedure is not only inconvenient but also confusing, especially since my previous experiences did not involve such lengthy waits.

To make matters worse, the behavior of the staff during this visit was less than courteous. Rather than exhibiting a sense of urgency or concern about the extended wait, they appeared indifferent, which only heightened my frustration. There was a distinct lack of communication about the status of my order, leaving me to wonder if it had even been started.

Additionally, I’ve observed a troubling trend over the past few weeks: management frequently yelling at staff members in front of customers. This type of behavior not only undermines the staff’s morale but also creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment for everyone involved. It’s difficult to enjoy a pleasant visit when the atmosphere feels charged with tension and unease.

I genuinely hope that the leadership team takes these concerns seriously and implements changes to improve both the level of service and the treatment of their employees. As a loyal customer, I want to continue supporting this location; however, these recurring issues have made it increasingly challenging to do so. I believe that with some thoughtful changes, this Dunkin’ Donuts can return to delivering the experience I have come to expect and enjoy.

i used to come here pretty often since its super close but lately everything i get from there is not even worth going, i came in today and i got a breakfast sandwich and the bacon was completely raw it was disgusting, i asked for sausage added onto the sandwich and they charged me but didnt add it, so i went back and politely told them that they messed up my order, they then continued to ask me for the same sandwich back, put it back into the oven and gave me a burnt sandwich with a piece of sausage this time. horrible experience & a waste of my time everytime i order i have to remind them to please make sure my bacon is extra done cause they’ll just throw it on there raw and call it a day, randomly putting honey and different ingredients in drinks that don’t consist of those certain ingredients. just completely went downhill.
