The owner purposely instructs the workers to not completely fill drinks if you ask for less ice. I am paying for coffee, not ice. If you are that cheap as an owner and cannot afford to provide your customers with coffee, then you need to go into another business.

Recently every time I order coffee it’s wrong. I finally complained to the manager and he told me he’s watching the employees. This Dunkin used to be great but they’ve had a change in employees and management I believe. They do not care that you’re wasting your money for an awful product and service. After visiting this location 3-4 times a week I will not be anymore.

I used to go to this location weekly but over the past months they’ve gotten so bad. Burnt sandwiches, forgetting items, wrong items. Giving me an iced latte with a label that literally says hot latte directly on the cup. This morning I got a peppermint mocha latte and they literally didn’t put the syrup so it’s just bitter coffee and milk. I’m tired of going back to the store to get things I paid for. I think I’ll just go to the Starbucks down the street.

Sat in the drive thru this morning for about 10 minutes, no one even acknowledged me. I finally said hello to the mic, got a short, rude we’ll be with you soon. Decided to leave, drove past the pickup window and saw 5 or 6 workers just hanging out. And there was only 1 car ahead of me at the pickup window. Ridiculous!

It was the worst tasting iced coffee I have ever had! I asked for 6 creamers in my large coffee and it was so dark, there’s no way that could have put 6 creamers in there. Also, I could hardly taste any of the toasted white chocolate flavoring. I could only drink 1/3 of it and had to throw it away. Waste of money!!

I don’t know what chamged but the Dunkin’ team are so on top of it lately. I like to do mobile orders a couple times a month and it’s always ready and just how I ordered it. 10/10 would recommend

What’s up with the service at Dunkin’? This is the second location I’ve stopped by (in the last few weeks), where the person taking my order is just off-putting. I have no desire to order from someone who behaves like I’m bothering them. All I wanted was a coffee and small box of munchkins. Is it that difficult to take a simple order and serve it with kindness?
Oh, and apparently is a 10 count of mixed munchkins.

Went this morning and had an unpleasant experience. All of the workers were sitting around chatting when I walked in, unhelpful, and rude. I don’t usually go to this location, and will not be back. The service was poor and so was the quality of the items we received.
