It was clean, had nice bathrooms, had good parking and it’s just off Route 95. The drive thru was busy and we had to wait a couple of minutes for counter service but that’s expected. This Dunkin’ has a conference space attached. I’ve never seen this before. It also has EV chargers from FPL which are the least expensive chargers I’ve found. Dunkin and EV chargers are a great idea. Charge up yourself as you charge up your car.
On long road trips we normally stop for breakfast at McDonalds but now that we drive an EV we look for places to charge our car while we get something to eat or drink. Dunkin’ breakfast choices are limited but better than McDonalds. We both had the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich and coffee, which was excellent. I’ve added this to our favorite places to charge our car.

We stopped at this Dunkin’ today on the way to the airport. The staff were working hard, but it was the most inefficient Dunkin’ I’ve ever been too. We waited 30 minutes for and Iced Carmel Macchiatto. We were heading to the airport and in a hurry. There were long lines at the register and drive through and even people with mobile orders were complaining about how long it was taking. I used the men’s restroom because the women’s room was locked and there was no soap. Not acceptable, especially because employees must wash their hands. Horrible experience!

Got ignored the first 10 minutes I was there. They finally take my order and put in 2 wrong things because the girl was too busy chatting with her buddy.
Waited another 15 minutes for 2 drinks and a bagel
I watched at least 5 people get in line, get ignored, and walk out.
Absolutely terrible. Will not be coming back to this location.

Ughff! Gave star only for food. The employees at this location don’t even smile or thank you when serving us the customer! Total rudeness; NOT kind! Working like robots with no feelings or care for the customer; just their paycheck! I would fire-on the spot- the tall woman taking the orders at 9am on Nov.30th 2025! – I’ve been a DD customer for years in Miami where the employees are exceptional, work efficiently and are super attentive and kind!!

Decent place with an ok selection.. very clean and the staff are friendly and pleasant.. they usually make a huge holiday selection and have some reasonable offers of items.. wish they had a bigger selection of doughnuts.. it’s very bright if you go at night because the sun sets right towards the front row so expect to be blinded while waiting to check out..

Terrible. The service was non existent. They never even acknowledged me. I went inside the store to buy a dozen donuts, gift cards and a coffee, I left with nothing after waiting at the counter for 10 minutes. They looked over and went about doing their own thing. Never even acknowledged me. I will never go to that DD again.

I get 1 dozen assorted donuts from this place every week for the last 4 5 months. The place is clean and the workers are very polite. The line sometimes it is crazy so plan ahead if you are there specially in the morning. The only reason i am giving 4 stars is that sometimes the donuts seems they’re older than 1 2 days and they are not fresh (only sometimes). Overall i am very happy for this location and as you know ♂️

I had the most atrocious experience here. And I’m fully aware that whoever answered the phone and told me “Joanne” was working was lying. You all need to grow up, and find a different attitude. I expect to hear from a manager IMMEDIATELY. These employees BURNED our food, laughed about it, touched it, and then served it to us with amusement, and when we asked for a new bagel, they mumbled and complained in front of our faces. The food took absolutely insanely forever to come out, and these employees are more than unqualified and inadequate at the simplest task. As someone who works in food service, I’m appalled. I was told the girl who was rude ‘left’ the store, and she was still in there. Childish. Rude. Disgusting.
