Most disgusting torta I had ever had in my life I just came back from there and my first bite was the most undercooked nasty chewy chicken I ever had. I got 2 Milanesa tortas and both of the tortas had the very nasty chicken. All of the pieces are chewy nasty! I thought milanesa is supposed to be a breaded patty of chicken. Grand opening on 03/26
Brand new place, good ambiance. Pretty much same as the previous mexican place that was here!
They have BOGO and spin the wheel offers. They have grand opening offers for first three days.
Not to be Harsh, Cashier had no clue what the offers are! Clearly showing lack of communication on first day. There was a card mentioning openkng offers for day 1 03/26 day 2 03/27 day 3 03/28. But cashier refused me for day 1 offer and mentions that it is only for family members of staff. She had to ask someone is she can give offer to customers.
We ordered veggie quesadillas dinner and plant based meat torta for take away. We went home to eat. Veggie quesadillas had just cheese in it and no veggies. Rice and beans on the side! Which was horrible. Torta did not have plant based meat in it and was filled with rice and beans along with side of rice and beans.
Staff seems unknowable, no attention to orders, staff needed support from others to even execute the order.
I will not go back here!

Maybe it’s a good place to go for atmosphere and food, but their delivery game is lacking. My latest experience was thru GrubHub, so maybe I should review them, too. No.1 problem was: I ordered quesadillas but got tostadas instead! As if I don’t know the difference. No.2 didn’t receive the chips to go with the guacamole! Had to eat with a spoon since I had no food in my house. That is the reason I order delivery (also, bum knee so I’m not driving).

I ordered two burrito dinners (buy one get one free). One was asada and other carnitas. Quality was bad and portions are horrible. Imagine eating a burrito full of lettuce…for $20. I might as well make my own burritos. Definitely a rip off.

The place is terrible. The last 3 times going there the burrito is the size of a big taco and for whatever reason they don’t like giving out sauce. Tried saying something after the 3rd time and got nothing but attitude and disrespect.

Food is actually pretty decent but they never give enough hot sauce. I ordered 3 entrees and asked for extra of the hot sauce and they gave enough for one of the meals

Love this place normally but at this specific location hygiene seems to be an issue. Found hair in our tamale. Thought it was a fluke but the burrito had a hair in it similar to length and color as the tamale..
