This used to be the better location on Semoran. But today I was handed this iced latte and told “thats the recipe, I’m not allowed to fill up the cup.” I didnt realize Dunkin was so broke that splash of milk to fill a medium cup was a problem.

Was wondering why nobody else was here when we pulled up…order was wrong, had to pull back around to have them fix it and the 2nd croissant was cold and cheese was hard. Definitely not going back here…just drive a little further down semoron to the next location, its not far at all.

Its always something with this Dunkin. Never have what you want or some machine is always down. Just go up the street to the other Dunkin thats 4 minutes away for more variety and faster service. Whoever is the franchise owner needs to pour more money into more employment and better machines.

just left this location this morning through the drive-through and the cashier Celena is very rude. Has no patience. Literally closed the window on my face after accident and ketchup “It’s in the bag” SLAMS the Window. Certainly needs training on customer service. If you’re going to have an attitude that early in the morning, you don’t need to work at a morning business.

I ordered an ice coffee with “2 pumps of sugar”….. I guess I needed to specifically say liquid sugar for my iced coffee. After I handed it back to be corrected, they just added liquid sugar on top of the granulated sugar. Absolutely disgusting, I had to get out of the drive thru line and come inside. I wanted to make sure it was completely remade. Please stop putting granulated sugar in iced coffee, unless customers request.

I stopped in for coffee and stayed to work on my laptop. The service was inexplicably slow given the little traffic. I watched a father and his daughter wait for 10 minutes to get service at the counter.
The bathroom was disgusting and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week or more. The staff decided to start playing rap music on their own speaker, which competed against the in-store music and showed their disregard for any patrons.
If I were the owner of this store, I would immediately find a new manager and revamp my employee training and development.

Ordered the peppermint mocha latte with almond milk along with breakfast menu items. I received an Iced version and hen I asked why I got an iced when I didn’t say iced the cashier rudely stated well it comes iced and hot and you didn’t say hot..
excuse me but is it just me or should drinks always be assumed hot unless it is mentioned iced?
Anyway they fixed it and I left. She didn’t apologize. She had no smile on her face the whole time none of the staff did.
Funny thing is I saw on the wall a phrase geared toward the employees that said “wow every customer every time” they definitely wowed me but not in a positive manner that’s for sure.
