Husband ordered a bacon croissant and got a sausage. He went to eat it anyway and found a curly black hair on it. The hair was plucked off near the cheese. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

This location has room for improvement. I’ve been disappointed on both my visits. My first negative experience I was teaching a class, and bought a box of doughnuts and was given 2 napkins. I asked for extra, and was given maybe 5. That’s not even enough for 1 per donut in the box! My second visit, I ordered a bagel and cream cheese, but there was barely any cream cheese. I also wasn’t given ANY napkins with my bagel. Please use the feedback to improve quality. I never have issues at the Saxon location.

I recently ordered a specific type of donuts for my kids, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When the delivery arrived, the order was incorrect. The driver informed me that he doesn’t pack the donuts himself; that responsibility falls to the restaurant.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to drive to the restaurant to address the issue directly. Upon my arrival, the staff informed me, “Well, we didn’t have what you wanted, so you’re lucky you got that.” This response was disheartening, especially since the receipt clearly listed the donuts I had ordered, while the box contained entirely different items.

Overall, this experience highlighted a lack of communication and customer service, and I left feeling unsatisfied with both the order and the way the situation was handled.

This place used to be good. However for about the past month they can’t seem to get any food orders right. Multiple times we have ordered something as simple as a bagel with cream cheese. They have given me the wrong bagel, a bagel with it on the side (get it before work so I don’t have time to put it on), or just without any cream cheese at all. Which doesn’t seem too crazy but it seems to happen every single time and on such simple orders. On top of this, 90% of the time when ordering a drink from their app (especially in the afternoon) they won’t a item stock.

All to say, they used to be very good but as of late – not sure it is worth going.

I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Christian and he was so sweet and very informative. This guy really knew his stuff about coffee and even let me sample two different ones. No we weren’t holding up a line chatting away but just the exchange was so great. Coffee and donuts were delicious!

My interaction with the employee responsible for customer service was highly unprofessional and disappointing.
​When placing my order, I was greeted with an abrupt and dismissive tone (e.g., “What can I get for you?” followed immediately by “Pull forward” without waiting for me to finish). The employee displayed a complete lack of basic customer service skills, showing noticeable rudeness and disrespect throughout the brief exchange.
​While I understand that service jobs can be difficult, the employee’s attitude was unacceptable and gave the impression that they actively hated their job. This personal frustration was unfortunately directed at the customer. Good service requires a baseline of professional courtesy, which was entirely absent in this interaction. This ruined my experience and reflects poorly on the management and training standards of the establishment.
​I request that management address this issue with the staff member to ensure future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

If i could leave 0 stars I would- It’s always something here, never a dull moment at this location. I spend a longer time in this drive thru than I would sitting down eating at a restaurant. I’ve given it chance and chance again but unfortunately even as a brand new location they still can’t ever get things right. My exact same order taste different every time, and always out of things, how do you run out of iced cups?? They need to take a few days maybe a week and retrain or even hire new people I don’t know what’s going on here but avoid this location at all costs!

The drive thru girls are hit or miss on manners. Usually the coffee is really good too but the last 3 lattes I’ve gotten taste like they never added the 3 shots of espresso which idk how you mess that up as you just use a machine and click buttons. Also when the coffee is literally white it shows you didn’t add the espresso.
