I always go to Dunkin on Thomas Dr or Navy Blvd now, almost every morning the girls are amazing and always do a great job making my coffee it’s always very consistent

The customer service was good. But their donuts are stale and presentation is the worst ever. I took a bite and it tastes like they have been kept for a week. The frosted donut didn’t look the same with what I saw on the internet. I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts on the Beach, stay away from it. They will spoil your vacation or lunch.

I judge all Dunkin’ Donuts by the chocolate cream filled donut. UPDATE: this is the first time I’ve been in since the remodel. I’m only giving this two stars because the young lady who helped me was so sweet. The donuts are another matter. Look at the barely frosted donuts compared to the first picture of the best in the chocolate cream category. I asked why the chocolate cream had hardly anything in it When they used to be bursting with chocolate. All I got was clueless looks. I said why are the chocolate frosted donuts hardly frosted at all. One of the other attendants said “we just haven’t restocked it.“ They’ve gone from the best Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve ever Experienced to this. That fall was fast. A shiny new display case for donuts to display this? (Previous review: Ive been to Dunkin Donuts that barely put a pea sized amount of chocolate cream in this donut, and I’ve been to a handful of places that put a worthy amount of the cream in it. But the breakfast point Dunkin’ Donuts in Panama City Beach is the king! The young lady at the register told me that the manager filled them this morning. This manager is my hero.)

Dunkin needs more donuts (selection)! Offering a bunch of other stuff is throwing good money after bad. Staff was competent but the company choosing to limit the donut selection in favor of what other fast places will do better, is a mistake.

We just got a few donuts and a coffee and a latte in drive-through. The parking lot was a little weird. But other than that the drive-through attendant was super friendly.

The workers here actually so sweet and full of life. They were quick with my order and the coffee tasted so great! The donuts were perfectly fresh. We were very impressed with this Dunkin’! Keep up the great work.

My family and I were in town for Labor Day. It was very busy, and multiple staff greeted us when we walked in. We waited for about 8-10 minutes to get our coffee and meals, which was no problem. Our food was delicious, but mine and my husband’s coffee were made wrong, so I asked if they could be fixed or remade and I was told “sorry that’s what you ordered” by a very rude woman and she turned and walked away. That’s when a young lady, with brownish hair, visor and sunglasses came up the brightest smile, and asked if everything okay? I explained our situation and without hesitation she apologized and got our coffees remade. I wish I could have gotten her name, but with my kids they were ready for the beach. A huge thanks to the young lady for helping me, and one bad apple didn’t reflect on the rest of the staff. We look forward to visiting again next trip down here!

Whoever was in the window 8/20 at 9:43am was not nice. She rushed me through. I showed her a picture of what I was asking for and she basically got smart with me. No help just rushing me. The guy who was helping her was very nice. She shouldn’t work in fast food if her attitude is like that. It’s not hard to be nice to people. I don’t usually write reviews but she really killed my vibe this morning. Do better.

I come to this dunkin multiple times a week. I wont get in to my complaints because this review is for Jessica. Her service is beyond great. She always makes sure to take care of me and make sure my order is correct. She is why i continue to come. She needs to be in managment asap.
