I work with teenagers and sometimes it’s not fun. But the workers here at Dunkin are amazing!!!! So sweet and so friendly every time I come. Today when I placed a mobile order they all told me to have a good day, we’re very friendly and I even had to hit the brake because someone else came up from the back to tell me to have a good day. My favorite dunkin by far. Never disappoints. Keep up the good work yall.

So the food is always good. But when we get there, we always have to ask for something. And our order, that isn’t ready. Or hasn’t been set aside. And when we place the order on the mobile app. It says that you sure you wanna place it now? Because you’re way far away. So I would think they’d have time to finish whatever is on our order. But it’s always a hassle to get staff to stop. And then get you what’s missing on your order.

I actually prefer this location. I travel and go to most of the Dunkin’s around town and I must say that it is tidy and the service is fast and my drinks are always made right. I feel like some of the other Dunkin’ donuts do things to the drinks to cut cost. I get actual caramel in my drinks here. The other ones use that mixture that’s overly sweet.

Went there Friday afternoon to get a caramel iced coffee and they were out of the caramel syrup. Went back Sunday morning for same drink and they were still out of the caramel syrup. It’s absolutely appalling that a business would not rush restock one of their more popular syrups for coffee if they run out one day. Yo be out of stock of something for an entire weekend is absolutely ridiculous.

This is a convenient location to where I live. Overall the donuts are usually fresh which is a good thing. On my most recent occasion there was nobody manning the front counter so we stood there alone for about 5 minutes before anyone showed up who worked there, but in general, service is generally good here, but there are times when it seems like the staff isn’t paying attention.

2/19/2022 Young people at work and getting your order in a timely manner. Someone said in their review, it was a bunch teens that seemed like they were forced to work there. If they were, it was their parents. I will say that with a busy drive through and busy lobby, they were bustin their butts to get your order. 1. Pleasant greeting for everyone 2. Easy transaction 3. Order was great. No one had complaints and just judging by the vibe, people were patient and workers were very professional.

Tried to order a frozen cake batter coffee and I was told they could not do it frozen. I have been to 4 other Dunkin Donuts and ALWAYS get it frozen!! Then the donuts I requested for my kids they didn’t have any of them. So I said just give me assorted and they gave me donuts that were stale and looked like they had been handled over and over again. I will NEVER go back to this location. The avocado toast was cold, thrown together and was also stale

For the 3rd consecutive visit, I received a hot chocolate that was 1/3rd whipped cream. Very disappointing. 5 bucks for two partially filled medium hot chocolates. (4.24 plus tip). I would not have tipped had he handed me the drinks first. And even when I commented, no offer was made to make them properly.
