If I could give less than 1 star I would. The middle aged white lady who is apparently in charge has zero operational skills or common sense, and even worse customer service. This place was also disgustingly dirty.
To be clear, it is perfectly okay to have a busy establishment. However, the woman in charge does not possess the skills to be in charge in a busy establishment.
– Avoiding eye contact with customers
– Not calling out in store orders when they are made and just placing them on the counter expecting people to just touch take food without knowing it’s theirs.
-Not addressing issues like why a black coffee hasn’t been made for over 10 minutes when multiple food order have already gone out.
These are just a few of the basic issues a manager should be able to handle. The woman in charge is not that person.

Customer service pick up counter girl-no name tag- very rude. She yelled out 2 sandwiches for myself and the guy behind me. Tossed them up on the counter. The wrong sandwich was made for one. Tried to get her attention 3 times, the guy behind me had to yell at her, she was 3 feet away. We corrected what our sandwiches were. She didn’t smile, say a word, gave a dirty look, just turned around slapped another egg on the counter, begrudgingly made the second sandwich and when done tossed the bag on the counter, and gave another dirty look at me. It wasn’t my mistake and I wasn’t rude at all. She put 2 sandwiches up, one was incorrect. She let the guy take off with my sandwich and I was before him. Terrible attitude and behavior. Almost afraid to eat the sandwich.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too, and I’ve been to many. The sign by the road has been done for over a year. A couple months ago, I ordered on the app and went to pick up a basic donut order, and they didn’t have any donuts and couldn’t refund me, directing me to the app? How can a donut place not have donuts? Even when they do, frosting is minimal and service is slow.

Order was not prepared or ready per order. I has to remind the worker of the order and then it was still incorrect. I took it anyway. The person seem to be aggravated with me because she made a face at me. It makes me not want to go back. The workers seem to be overwhelmed.

When I ordered I ordered a frozen hot chocolate with whip cream and I had to send it back to get whip cream put on top, simple fix. But I also ordered an avocado toast with bacon. I get home and find no bacon, just avocado. I won’t be going back just get a bacon put on top when they shouldn’t forget it in the first place. They put the order in right on my receipt but not right handed to me.

Stopped in to grab a snack and a coffee. Our order was accurate, food was fresh and coffee was delicious!

Nasty, NASTY attitude. I don’t know her name, but she always has an attitude, and today she yelled at me across the store when I said my drink was wrong. I requested liquid sugar- and she used granulated sugar. I ordered a cold coffee. Sugar doesn’t dissolve in cold coffee. This is the only store I have to specify to put liquid sugar in my cold drink.. if I don’t, it’s like sucking up sand in your straw.
It’s not even the fact that my order was wrong, it’s that she had an attitude, told me I was wrong multiple times, YELLED, and refused to fix it. She just turned away from me as if to say “end of discussion”.
Well here’s your photo proof, MA’AM, since you were so adamant that you didn’t put granulated sugar in my drink. This was taken after the drink sat all day at work. Thanks for the trash coffee. So ridiculous that I even have to write this.

My drink was made very well! Timeliness was great! In & out – my favorite. The restaurant could’ve definetly used a nice deep clean and surfaces scrubbed but that wasn’t stopping me from getting my Dunkin!

We stopped by on the way to school to have a donut for my son’s birthday, Shannon and Henrietta went above and beyond when they found out it was his birthday and brought over another donut that they decorated. He was so excited and felt very special, they even sang happy birthday to him. Thank you so much!
