I heard a lot of negative comments about this location but my visit to DD was quite different. The staff were smiling and friendly, they prepared my bacon avocado tomato sandwich very good and overall I was ok with it. I think of the place gets renovated it’ll probably boost the morale of the staff. It’s such a shame that it’s so drab and so worn out.

I ride by here every Friday around 6-7pm and am always told they are closed. a guy with a beard and glasses at 6:15pm this evening told me they were closed, once again. Why are the hours online 9pm but every single time I go by well before 9pm.. I am told they are closed.. yet there are always people hanging out in the parking lot , laying down, charging their phone by the front door, and taking a nap on their backpack pillow.. is the store only open for these types of folks? Very strange…

The night crew is 100 times better then the morning crew. The night crew is always nice and polite and get the orders right. The morning crew doesn’t make the coffees right and give attitude when you ask them to fix it.

This has to be the worst DD ever! I stopped inside and the workers were arguing over something and no one acknowledged me. After one of the workers walked out the door, another person apologized and said he’d be with me soon. After another 5 minutes I walked out the door too. This location is particularly grimy and unkempt. AVOID

I went thru the drive thru at this particular one and they had my order done in seconds! It was so fast I was shocked. And on top of that it was perfectly made! I have one by my house that’s amazing as well.

The worst service I’ve ever had in my life so disrespectful over nothing I had a mobile order pulled up to the line they told me to pull forward not a problem so I walked in was going to get a chocolate donut while I was waiting for the order the guy behind the counter actually said let that guy wait a little longer out there he deserves it I did nothing but pull up say I had a mobile order and pulled forward and came inside didn’t even get to order the chocolate donut finally completed my mobile order in a bag was three drinks short as for the manager and Larry pretended like he was the manager until the real manager come up and did nothing as they all laughed as I left out the store and told me to do what I needed to do so disrespectful Dunkin Donuts is going to lose a lot of people just because of this store

I keep getting coffee without any coffee. Of course I know they must be putting some coffee in it, but they are ignoring my request of very light cream and very light sugar. As a pale person, my coffee should never match my skin tone, because at that point its just milk and sugar, yet despite very clear instructions I always receive a drink that taste like diabetes and contains no damn caffeine. I drink coffee for the purpose and not the taste, so I beg of you, please start making your drinks as instructed and as listed on the menu. I ordered a cold brew sweet cold foam with No cream and No sugar and still received a drink the same shade as me 2 days ago. Ordered a basic iced coffee with light cream and light sugar today and received this!
