Ordered a meal online with a blue frosted drink. Didn’t realize it was the wrong drink till we got home. Tried to return only to be told that blue isn’t an option in store any more and although I dont drink cherry, they will not change the drink. This was from the district manager. This is an internal problem if the info in the app is wrong, not a customer issue. Sort yourselves out BK.
Plus, we collected at 1.15pm and returned before 2.10 pm and she lied and said it was over 2 hours since being served.

My name is Daisy and I ordered food from this restaurant for my grandchildren and paid but I didn’t get my large and small fries or the sauce for my nuggets. I drove home to discover this. I drove back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager named Nicole and she was so rude and treated me like a criminal in front of my grandchild. She refuse to give me the fries or even to apologize. She has done the same to another customer while I was waiting. Avoid this branch at any cost.

The people working at this bk need an attitude adjustment. The cashier doesn’t listen, had to repeat too many times what we wanted. I asked if one of the sandwiches had cheese, her answer “I think so”. We get the sandwich and guess what? Not what we wanted. Ended up buying a second sandwich and throwing away the messed up one because we didn’t want to deal with the attitude. We asked for napkins and the manager rolled her eyes and walking slow like if something was hurting. Place looks like a new building but it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since. All the tables were dirty. And the floors sticky as you can imagine by seeing my pictures. My whopper Junior was cold too and the fries cold and VERY salty. Worse $50 spent on 4 meals.

Let’s start off by telling you that burger king is my place. The whopper is my favorite burger. With that said, 3 weeks ago I took my grandchildren for pancakes and French toast. THEY HAD NO SYRUP!! We left, dont know if I will be back again.

Yesterday around 1 AM I was just passing through when I saw Burger King 24 hour and I was hungry and normally fast food around that time people not too happy, and this gentleman that attended me, I don’t remember his name but he was really nice polite and I had a lot of energy. He was working both windows. Great job
