I was on vacation with my family in Flagler Beach. We decided to get donuts and coffee at Dunkin’ and went to this one. I have to say, the service was terrible! Absolutely awful! What happened to manners? To friendliness? Besides only having one flavor of donuts, they didn’t offer to make more, even though we were a large family. Everything was wrong with this place. I have called three times and did not get an answer but I would like to formally complain, I don’t usually complain however, I have called six times and I have came to the store personally two times in the past hour, I expected to get a regular strawberry cream cheese bagel but got an everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and then I got a new one but they have got that wrong once again, it was plain but they have put plain cream cheese instead of strawberry cream cheese.I am beyond upset

Latte made without sugar. Drive through a second time and they still didnt get it right. $6.00 for a latte that is $5.00 at a Dunkin down the road. The next day I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese wrap and it had no egg on it. Went back through the drive thru and had to pull up and wait for a new sandwich. Between that and them sending out cold $6.00 lattes I can honestly say this is the worst Dunkin I have been to and I visit a Dunkin every day. They don’t even care about their poor service.

The Owner should come to this store, the employees at 7:10pm on March 18, 2024 don’t care at all. How the sales are going? I include pics of the dozen donuts, one employee was paying attention to a guy sitting eating ChickFill-A than to us paying customers, we were supposed to get 4 dozens, but with that attitude and the lack of cleanliness. We have been coming to this store for 4-5 years. Have spent a lot of money here. Multiple of us coming atleast once a day some days more then once. My girlfriend was a shift leader here & my brother worked here also. We are never ones to complain we drink the drinks when they are made wrong or throw them away. Today the new manager hands us our coffee like this. Very simple drink & shouldn’t be sent out the window like this. He offered to remake it & this is what he handed us the same drink uncorrected. We went inside & a employee refused to make it right & hands us creamers so that when I got home I had to make the drink right myself. We waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru

Please like & share our reviews. Wheelchair accessible. Cleanest AND the quickest ordering at any Dunkin we have ever been to. The surrounding Dunkins in Palm Coast are ridiculously slow and never ever get orders correct. This location is prime if you do a mobile order and need to get on out to work quickly. They have 2 drive thru lanes so you can jump ahead and get your movibile order instead of waiting at the speaker. In the am, they have a gal outside doing orders so they get stuff out rapidly.
Outdoor seating is nice for sippin’ on them Fall Pumpkin Spice fru fru drinks with friends and shaded. ^^ There are all kinds of beverages for the non-coffee drinkers as well. They have tumbler merch for holidays. Haley on Drive-thru. Shout out to you for your service here. Your customer service skills are AAAAA+mazing. We have made this location because we don’t have time to have orders from the app fixed every single time. Love this location. Thank you!!!

This is one of the Dunkin’s that cost a little bit more then the rest. Idk why being it’s all the same mess that they serve.
Also I found out a little secret. They only make 6 Bavarian crème donuts a day. So you luck in getting them are super low if you aren’t there first thing in the morning.
Also I really don’t like the tags they put in our cups covering up the logo of DnD. What if I wanna take a few snaps for IG or Snapchat ? I know, I’m being super picky.

I’ve been going to Duncan’s for years. Enjoy the 5 or 6.00 meals they have. Wish they would give you more food options. The cold coffee is sometimes a hit or miss. It’s either good or it’s going to taste horrible..

Every time I have come here they say they need me to pull up. Apparently its policy even though their is no one behind me. The tome it takes to argue with me you can be making what I ordered and improve the time on your window. The customer service here sucks!!!!!!!!…….
