There are several things wrong with my order! The hash browns were a mixture of hot and cold. One was completely frozen! In addition, I ordered the $6 meal with a plain bagel the attached photo is not plain bagel. Please do better with customer service.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been in to be honest. It’s clean, the workers are mad nice,and amazingly my order always comes out right to my surprise.
Spoiler alert- they have happy hr from 3pm-6pm. So my iced coffee only cost me $2 and some change. Super cool

The young lady named Shantel that was taking my order she seemed new and very nervous and her co worker were talking to her like she was stupid instead of uplifting and supporting her when she was clearly struggling and and every time she walked outside to give customers food they were bad mouthing her creating a very hostile environment she was literally so scared to say anything to them it sucked to see

Every time I come here they are understaffed and pay more attention to the drive thru and will have the lobby waiting 15+ minutes for a single cup of small coffee. Manager makes excuses for employees that called out or did not show. I feel bad for the location, but none the less they need to regroup before trying to be open full time the wait is ridiculous. Again I understand times are hard right now, but wow just wow !

Waited for an oder online oder that was supposed to be picked up at 0719 and still not ready at 0733. Told 3 people who i was here for. They still haven’t started it yet. The excess was we just got hit with 20 cars in the drive-thru. Meanwhile people in tje store waiting before I got there still waiting. What’s the point of online if you don’t pay attention to them. Or even start when they are there waiting. And the long hair Manger with an airpod in his ear being rude to employees and customers that’s a great look

Ordered a pick up order through the drive thru. Nothing was fresh everything was surprisingly cold. Almost no ice in my iced cappuccino and the drive thru line was severely backed up. Management clearly needs to ensure that they are properly staffed enough to ensure they can handle the volume of customers they are receiving and give a better customer experience.

I go here on a regular basis and it’s very odd that the owner cannot put decent trays in there to put your coffee in when you’re going home twice my coffees have spilled because they don’t have good trays they’re cheap and they don’t fit down into the trays like they should and it’s not because the employees aren’t doing it it’s because they’re cheap. I took one cup of coffee home and it had coffee grounds in it and I took it back. Marty is an amazing individual that works there, always kind always professional. I hope she never lets him go he’s an excellent employee.

Have been going to this dunkin every morning for 6 months. It was awesome. The employees were friendly and nice. I get the same coffee every morning and most of the time theyd get my order right. Maybe once biweekly I’d have to go in to fix my coffee. Until recently you have mostly new employees. I’ve gone in for the last 4 days and every time it’s been wrong. Even after I have them make a new one. I end up just getting frustrated and going to the dunkin on ISB. One day I just sucked it up and drank my coffee and realized that whoever is making it isn’t mixing it correctly. This morning I poured it out to demonstrate that there’s an inch of French vanilla swirl flavor stuck to the bottom. Making the first 3/4s of the coffee taste flavorless.

We stopped by this Dunkin on a road trip and felt very taken care of with excellent coffee and a great service. Catrina was AMAZING!! She was so very kind and made sure to check in with us for the adjustments we wanted in our coffee. She made this visit memorable and we were so touched that she wanted us to try our coffee before we drive off to make sure it was like how we wanted. Thank you Catrina!! Dunkin needs more people like you! Give her a raise!
