Pull up to the drive through and there’s three cars ahead of me. Takes fifteen minutes to get to the drive in box and another five for someone to Acknowledge me. They take my order and I asked for a large sweet tea which they said they didn’t have. That’s fine so I order two large Dr peppers. Takes another ten minutes to get to the window. They say they’re all out of Dr Pepper so at that point I told them to take it off the bill. I pay and they hand me back my change then hand me my food, in the middle of speaking to say thank you they closed the window on me. Ok fine, I’m driving home eating my fries and they’re cold. So are my chicken nuggets and the burger was js thrown together sloppily, the paper was torn and there was sauce spilling out. Restaffing need to be done because this was ridiculous.

Other BK locations allow for you to swap fries and onion rings for the chicken fries, but not this location! I totally understand there’s a difference in corporate vs franchise locations, but… shouldn’t “YOU RULE” &/or “HAVE IT YOUR WAY” take precedent? Apparently not! Back to Walton Way I go. SMH

I politely gave my order at the box about three times being interrupted each time asking what did you say or what can I get you or please hold on. I told them I wanted a six piece kids meal with fries, a Coke and honey mustard and an eight piece cheesy tot. After repeating that order three times they finally gave me my total and sent me around to the window where I paid for the order and was handed an apple juice and I said no I’m sorry I wanted a Coke and she said you already paid for your order and you didn’t tell me that at the box and I said yes, I did twice. She got an attitude with me and went and got me a Coke and hated it to me handed me my food. I asked for a ketchup and honey mustard. She hated me ketchup and mustard, and then shut the window on me and left so I sat there and waited for her to come back and asked for honey mustard. She rolled her eyes, went and got honey mustard and came back to the window and told me that I needed to pay her $.16 that the manager said that she couldn’t just give it to me because I didn’t ask for it which I did at the box twic. This is just absolutely ridiculous, especially because I did not have an attitude within the whole time and was polite with them even though they were not the nicest to me and I asked for everything I wanted at the box when I was ordering food. It’s not my fault that they kept asking me to repeat and then never repeated the order back to me to make sure it was correct and I’m always make sure I tell them everything I need at the box.

Absolutely HORRIBLE location. 9 times outta 10 the order takes forever and then is wrong and the times it’s correct the chicken is burnt solid and disgusting. This location has been this way for 7 years at least. And it’s DISGUSTING in there. Never fully staffed and the staff they do get are lazy and RUDE ! I’d give it negative stars if I could.

Found my new favorite BK! The staff was very nice and welcoming. We got two whopper combos and the fries came out hot and fresh and the whoppers were so good, perfect amount of condiments and proportions. We dined in and all of the staff were so nice to everyone who came in. Will definitely be coming back here!

Suspose to be fast food. IT WAS NOT! Won’t have been so bad but this was around 3:00pm. Not really rush hour traffic.
We were in line way too long for that time of day. Car in front of us had to pull up and park and wait for his food.
Give them a little break due to the enormous crowds in the shopping center. Lot of last minute shopping.
