My 1st and last time ordering at the Macclenny location. I ordered iced caramel machiato with sweet cold foam as I always do. I pulled around the drive thru paid for my order. Girl closes the window, comes back and says they can’t put cold foam on my coffee because her manager said it’s against their policy. I should have went to Starbucks across the street instead.

I went through the drive thru this morning and asked for the same thing I get every single time I come to Dunkin. No matter the time, day or location everyone rings it up the same. I have never had an issue with the way it has always been rang up and price until today. The lady in the window when I asked about the price was incredibly rude and was unwilling to even take a look into why the price was significantly higher than normal. She said “ well I’ve been working here 3 years and I think I know what I’m doing. Everyone else has been doing it wrong” I get my item and there is egg on it when I never asked for egg and I told her this is why I order it the way I do because I never asked for egg and I’m allergic. She took my bag, took the egg off and put a cold hard piece of cheese on the same croissants and gave it back. This is completely unacceptable! This is cross contamination- I cannot have egg, told her I have an allergy and she never changed out the item to accommodate for that allergy. No apology or anything. Thankfully I checked it before I left! Spent $17 unnecessarily and cannot eat my food because she was so careless. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to be nice and actually do your job.

Well. My wife wanted some Dunkin’ Donuts after we went shopping at Walmart. We did buy ice cream sandwiches, and that will come up later in this review.
We walked in the store because the drive thru line was wrapped around the building.
We went to the counter. No one was in line. Stared at the 3/4 empty showcase and were trying to g to see what we wanted. After over 5 minutes. A young lady behind the counter tells us we need to use the kiosk. We go to the kiosk and place our order for 6 donuts. We get our number and take a seat. And we sit. Another customer walks in orders at the counter. Gets his order and leaves. A lady walks in and places and receives her order and leaves. Eventually my wife asks about our order. They ask what the order was and no surprise to me. They say they don’t have half the donuts we ordered on the kiosk. So we get 6 donuts in a box, the girl basically throws it on the counter to my wife and we leave. This was a 30+ minute stop for 6 donuts.
Owner of this store. You can do better. This is unacceptable. Your employees are destroying your store and the Dunkin donut brand.
Will not be back.
And remember the certain cream sandwiches. You can imagine their condition when I got back home.
This should be a 5 minute stop.

I don’t know about the food, but the service and the staff are horrible. I walked in and stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and nobody bothered to even acknowledge I was standing there. 20 people walked by without word. Yes they were busy, but an acknowledgment from anyone would have been nice. Terrible place. Been here twice and had the same experience both times.

Just walked in at 7:53 told me they were closed. Guy was real nice though and offered a cold brew of sort. You can’t nicely talk your way out of work. Seeing this alot around the country. It doesn’t make it, ok. Customer walks in 7 til you don’t just tell them you have cold coffee in a coffee shop dude, I mean c’mon that’s just plain laziness and not doing your job, guy.

Girls walking around on their personal phone complaining about being to busy to take any orders. One only actually working on a broken hot chocolate machine. The others can’t work proficiently due to complaining that someone else did something wrong.

Very Poor service. They are more attentive to the drive thru then walk-ins. Staff were too busy at the drive thru and told me to use the Kiosk when I walked in, had issues with it and when I asked for assistance no one bother to come out and guide me through it. Then a couple walked in and they immediately went to the register to assist. I’m Hispanic and the couple were white. Either they are too busy and unorganized or they are biased on who they prioritize to attend. Then on top of that some how management allows a stand of sale items that had inappropriate messages. That’s not the place for people who come in with kids. Won’t be returning. I love Dunkin but not in this location. I’ll go back to the nearby Starbucks

I’m not usually someone to leave a review but today I received some of the biggest back lash from the on shift manager for their staff messing up one of our drinks, twice. The attitude that was given to not only us but also the two lovely ladies in front of us has me questioning how she even became a manager in the first place.
We ordered a hot Carmel latte with whipped cream. This drink was first given to us without Carmel and when asked if they could remake it, they handed us a cup of Carmel… we just asked them to remake it again as there wasn’t anything we could use to measure or stir the Carmel into the coffee. When they remade it they forgot the whipped cream but did put in the Carmel. We didn’t ask for it to be remade again but did point out that it was still incorrectly made. After 30minutes of waiting.
I would just like to state that I’m disappointed in the amount of attention to detail and attitude the staff is allowed to give, including the management team. I was absolutely baffled with the way she handled two orders being messed up and the way she yelled across the room to the two ladies who were waiting on a remake prior to us. And when both items were lattes (my partner responded to her question of “what was in the latte”) was told very rudely “not you.”
Please train your managers and staff to handle situations better. I can understand things happen, mistakes happen, and with how busy it was I can see it being overwhelming. Please just take a second to remember your customer service skills you need to possess to be in management or maybe consider a career change.

This location should be condemned as Dunkin should be ashamed of the staff that work here representing the Dunkin Donuts brand. As of now, this location is on my permanent blacklist. My parents come up here near daily and often bring back a coffee for me. That coffee – a very practical drink to make, the hot mocha latte. You pull a shot into mocha sauce, then add milk, steam it, put a lid on the cup, and give it to the customer. At least 3-4 times per week the staff here will forget to add the mocha sauce, causing us to have to drive all the way back up there for them to fix it. Yesterday, they did this to me again. I got my drink, got to my car, took a sip and no mocha sauce. I walked back in and the lady asked, oh what’s wrong. I told her, no mocha sauce. She walked away, didn’t tell anyone or did she return to make me a new drink or take the one from my hand to help. Five minutes went by and nada. I’ve had better customer service from Comcast. Shame on all of you.

I have always ordered the same drink every time I go to the Macclenny dunkin. I always order on the app and have NEVER received such a shitty put together cup of coffee. As you can see from the picture, half of it is whipped a cream!!! Who the hell orders a large drink and asks for it to be half coffee and half whipped cream?! I don’t know who owns this Dunkin’ but you seriously need to do some remedial training for your employees!!!!
