Veterans Day 2025 – Either they don’t participate, or management is lacking in providing their staff info on events.
As of 0515 hrs., the cashier had no clue what I was talking about when I asked if they were doing the free donut for Veterans. Her attempt to reach out to her manager, via text, went unanswered, so I paid for it and got another dozen for work.
Overall, never had an issue with the employees or quality of the food, so I’ll still give them 4 stars…
I will add, where they are located, I don’t frequent them. I only went this morning, because I was like, why not… it’s Veterans Day…

There are very few places to eat in the area and even fewer things to do. And of course, Krispy Kreme is non existent, so we stopped by Dunkin Donuts at 8:48pm last night and ordered two glazed donuts. The girl responded by saying they were closing in 4 minutes and had no donuts left. I suppose they close at 8:52pm.
Tonight, we also stopped by the same Dunkin at 7:50pm, where I again asked for two glazed donuts. I was immediately informed that yet again, they were out of glazed donuts but that I could have the 12 donut holes they had left.
Granted, this type service exists across BWK and SSI. However, it would be nice to see Krispy Kreme show up and demonstrate a bit of customer service… and a donut once in a while.

I’d like to start this review by admitting that I go to Dunkin way too much! I’m a big coffee drinker, especially iced lattes. That being said, this is one of the best Dunkin locations I’ve been too. I sell my art in SSI and each time I come to visit the area, I stop by this Dunkin and the consistency has not disappointed each time I’ve been. The lattes they make here actually have espresso in them, and the color proves that. The donuts are fresh and golden, with plenty of glaze. Overall the order accuracy and consistency is what stands out to me the most.

I love Dunkin’ donuts and I usually go quite a bit but it makes me mad when they have somebody new and they’re willing to give you anything for your money and it’s absolutely awful. Now if they didn’t have the correct boxes that they usually put the donuts in there was no way that my donuts should have been stuffed to the result that I had to pick a donut like this up I paid my good money for and I didn’t pay for them to be stuffed in the box they did it any kind of way instead of asking me which way would I prefer people just do your money any kind of way and if you don’t say anything they’ll just let it be. Sick of careless employees that don’t want to give you quality for your money is what I’m paying for and the prices that things are today I expect my money’s worth. For my customers in my customers didn’t even want them once they seen them like that so therefore I feel like I wasted my money and all of it could have been avoided!

The guy who was taking orders was incredibly pushy trying to rush us with s bad attitude. Bad but not a big deal got my food and my crosaunt was somehow burnt and still cold in the center 10/10 on the surprise and bewildering.

I just wanted a box of Joe coffee and some munchkins but I guess that was too difficult. Sorry, I wasn’t wanting a single serving of coffee but I might as well have. After getting the box of Joe, I asked if if this came with cups, cream and sugar. It usually does as I’ve ordered this before. I received 1 cup with sugar and a cup full of creamer. Very odd I thought but whatever. They don’t care and neither do I. You deserve the 1 star in this review.
