Shout out to Dunkin in Rincon, Georgia, and especially to Zino & Ethan
Yesterday was a Dunkin kind of day in our house (we went twice if that says anything about us ). Right before close, James went to grab 3 Brownie Batter Heart-Shaped Donuts and they surprised him with a DOZEN filled heart-shaped donuts instead
Anyone who knows me knows I am a Dunkin lover but this literally made me cry happy tears. Not only did it turn a rough night into something so sweet but thanks to them our house got to start the morning with something sweet from Dunkin
Zino & Ethan went above and beyond and they truly made our night and morning unforgettable. If you are in Rincon, this Dunkin is worth a stop. Our orders come out perfect every time and the customer service has been amazing.

I went to Dunkin Donuts on 9/29 and there was 3 young men working at the time. The drive thru was very busy, but they were moving like an army and very respectful. I was very patient waiting at the register. Once the young man was able to take my order, he greeted me with a beautiful smile and apologized for my wait.

I am not upset my food is burnt. Things happen and you could pull me forward. I am upset that whoever prepared it was okay with serving it…have some standards. Would you eat burnt food you are paying for? I bet when you go out you expect your food to not be burnt. One star for food and service.

WORST DUBKIN EVER AND IVE WORKED AT A DUNKIN.. ALL TEENAGERS NO ADULT TO MANAGE .. PLAYING NOT WORKING WHATS DUBKIN WASTING THEIR MONEY FOR….We just left dunkin and waited 15 mins on 2 chocolate donuts with sprinkles while the staff all of them never even put my order in the system twice they had to asked me what I ordered. I had to literally go park and come inside to get two donuts. All the staff was inside playing not working… very very poor service

KEEP ON GOING TO THE NEXT LOCATION! Multiple instances of service issues. My specific issue on this visit was I did a mobile order on a Saturday morning. The drive thru line was out the parking lot and down the side road. I waited in line for 5 minutes and it didn’t advance at all. I decided to try and go inside to pick up my mobile order instead. The lobby was locked. The mobile app has no way of getting a refund. This location has gone downhill in the last 6 months, move on!

I got coffee on a Sunday night and it’s literally the worst coffee I’ve ever had it’s cold and they messed it up twice. Terrible service the guy that took my order acted like he didn’t want to be there. Do better.

I always come this Dunkin’ Donuts but lately new stuff very rude. I repeat my order five times in drive-through the same order and they did not get it and they said the headphone is not working properly and the guy was very rude. Whoever was there in the drive-through. I’ll never come to this Dunkin’ Donuts again.
