I don’t get BR/DD as much as I would like so when I stopped at this location in Dublin, I was very disappointed. What ice cream they did have looked as if it had melted and was refrozen or had ice crystals in it. Well, We ordered donuts and coffee. They were both good. The young lady freshly made our coffee. We enjoyed it. The service was terrific; no complaints there.

ordered 2 iced caramel craze lattes, crackin bacon, 2 crackin bacon croissant sandwiches and a small glamberry thru the drive-thru, when we got to the window they read our order back to us and didn’t say the crackin bacon and told us we would have to go around back through the line to get it even though it was their mess up. and the girl w the blue hair and gauges was extremely rude about it.

Every time I order from here there’s always an issue. Whether it be missing food items or the wrong one. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a bagel with EXTRA CREAM CHEESE because the first time it barely had any and every time it’s the same result. So I need to say extra extra cream cheese? Why are you so stingy? Charge me for extra cream cheese and not give me it. You guys are the worst!

An average Dunkin Donuts with a Baskin Robbins inside. At breakfast, only the donut side is open. The donuts taste like day olds. The coffee is fine though. You can drive thru to pickup or go in the lobby.

Super rude order taker, no greeting, no thank you, no personality, no manners. Ordered 2 coffees and asked for decaf, twice they gave the wrong order and I pulled away with the wrong order. I didn’t get a receipt and she gave me an excuse saying there’s no paper in the register so I could leave a review for whoever is reading it. Hair flying everywhere, no uniform and just out right messy. I will never return to this location. They made me pull up to the second window and waited there as long as I waited for them to take my order. Super disorganized and rude. What a turn off. 10/23/25 around 4:30pm. Nasty service.

I come in extremely often, I’ve had good and bad experiences. Last year was good, regarding employment. This year though… I have a specific order I place every single day. Medium iced matcha, w/ oat milk, and French vanilla. There’s been several times I’ve received my drink with massive chunks of matcha that weren’t mixed, I’ve never been anything but nice about and even ask if they can blend it better, which that’s not something I SHOULD have to ask. This morning I had to ask, and one the one at the window scoffed and handed it to another girl and asked her to blend it better. The other girl said “what she don’t like it” with an attitude. Management lets so much slide it’s not even funny. Do not recommend this place at all, the one on 441 taste even worse but at least it’s better service

Cashier very pleasant and efficient but whomever made my medium coffee with 2 cream & 1 Splenda put so much artificial sweeteners in it is undrinkable…came home & mixed with 3 cups black coffee and still nasty sweet!!! Advice: put your own sweetener in your coffee!!
