I went in to order a coffee and I spent more than 10 minutes waiting for them to attend me, there were 3 people supposedly to attend and who looked at me several times that I was waiting to be attended and they did not even approach to communicate to tell me that I was going to be attended at any time since “they were busy” I had to approach and tell them that I was waiting to be attended and then one of them approached and very rude she told me are you going to ask??? He didn’t even apologize, they should improve the customer service incredible that lack of education and consideration is only important the spites in the car but inside the store they don’t care, specifically the one who attended me today 03/06/26 4:35 pm if I could not give him stars I wouldn’t give them he has deteriorated too much the place for the attention.

Sean is super sweet and she gave me a wonderful recommendation! I am very picky with coffee , her favorite drink was a delight! I ordered a large iced latte with almond milk, added 2 pumps vanilla bean syrup and 1 shot of espresso, it was delicious! The donuts were fresh and yummy! The store was clean and the workers were polite and helpful! Everything was made in a timely manner!

I had an amazing drink at Dunkin’! The service was great, and the employees were really nice and welcoming. I ordered the Spider Donut for Halloween — I’ve had better, but it was still cute and fun to try.
My drink, the cereal-inspired one, was delicious! Fast service, friendly staff, and a good drink always make the visit worth it. I’d definitely come back!

The doughnuts here are gross and artificial tasting, the chocolate doughnuts didn’t even taste like chocolate. If you are thinking of coming here, don’t just go somewhere else you deserve better.

Healthy Ideas
I Doordash and do Uber Eats in the Dalton area and usually wear a Trump hat. I have never had any trouble for the past 3 years until today. One of the young girls acting the Manager told me they could not give me the orders for the customers because of my hat. I asked to speak with the Manager and she said no one was available. I will be contacting the corporation to report this incident. Were your Trump hat and you will be treated differently. Honestly, I thought America was past this issue but no, not in this small town!

I did an order thru doordash. They sent none of the 5 Boston Kreme, the wrong amount of the chocolate cake kind, two with green and white icing and two with pink icing that I don’t even know what they were. The whole order was messed up.

I went to this location at about 9 exactly. I understand that 9 is close to their closing time but there is still an entire hour until then. A certain worker at the window seemed very agitated and lacked any good customer service skills at all while ignoring me.
