The bacon avocado toast is almost 6 dollars. I pay about four of those dollars for the bacon that goes on top. And this is what I received….. This was done by the second shift staff. then they were frustrated with me for asking for more bacon..?? don’t know what’s going on here. they need better staff!!

I placed a mobile order this morning and arrived on time, but unfortunately, my English muffin was burnt to the point it was unappetizing. It was clear it needed to be remade, but I was stuck with it anyway. While my food was ready when I got there, the quality was disappointing. I hope they improve their preparation next time.

Not sure I’ve ever had a more pleasant Dunkin’ experience! My husband and I walked in last Sunday morning for a quick breakfast and WOW what a glorious case of treats!!! Their display of donuts was beautifully put together- could have been filming a Dunkin commercial in there. The staff was all smiles- super friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. We used to go a different route for another local Dunkin but this one is our new favorite and we’ll absolutely be back soon.

Well, that’s a new experience. Was a very regular customer, tipped very well on a regular basis, won’t be returning. Stood at front counter, made eye contact with an employee twice, the other employee saw me and then purposefully ignored me the rest of the 5 minutes I was at front counter and the third was making the one coffee that was on screen. Left without a coffee or without so much as a wave from an employee. Never felt more unwelcome in my life.

I just waited 17 minutes in the drive through for a cup of coffee. I couldn’t leave because they have it enclosed with concrete slabs. A school bus pulled in after I did. They chose to serve the people inside and ignore the drive through.

Mr Dunkin (corporate manager?) was driving a Porsche yelling at a nice girl who was saying she did not receive her pay and probably makes minimum wage. I support women. Also my friends toast was very burnt. Everyone there needs a raise and mr dunkin needs to pick everyone up for their shift in his Porsche. He wasn’t yelling back at her but he wasn’t nice to her either. But the girl who took my order was nice.

Love it when it’s good, frustrating when it’s not. Their coffee and donuts can be great, but my orders are often wrong or missing items. Some days they’re out of stuff too. Staff’s usually friendly, though. I wish they’d get their act together, but until then, it’s a gamble every time I walk in.
