I went through the drive thru this morning and I received the wrong item. Everytime I place an order they never include napkins. Most of the time the service is good but I was definitely disappointed this morning when I arrived at work and opened my bag and discovered the wrong item.

My son loves donuts. He asked to stop by after school today. I watched this fly cover every glazed donut it could before I ordered. Needless to say, we didn’t order those but the employees are great and very friendly, the flies are definitely a concern.

They do not make your drinks how you ask them. You would think if they can add 10 different flavors and 6 shots plus whatever else. Then they could put cream in a latte even though it’s milk based. This is the ONLY Dunkin that will not put cream in a latte. I ask for a Carmel latte and get an original latte. I never recommend this Dunkin because they are also not that friendly very snooty people.

As of December of 2025, this location has been very great. Amazing even when it comes to quality. I’ve been a daily driver here and I’ve preferred coming here instead of the Dunkin location next to the square. Save yourself the time and go here for all your coffee and breakfast needs. Every time I walk in it’s a clean space, the employees are beyond friendly, and the coffee is top notch. I never usually write reviews but this location has been more than consistent over the past few months.

This Dunkin I have tried several times because it’s so close to my house BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME (YES EVERY TIME) my order is wrong. The donuts taste old and they are hard. You will not get the specialty drink you order. If you take the items back you are met with attitude. I personally will go to Dawsonville before I go here again. It’s a shame because the location makes this place a ideal restaurant.

I decided to try once again. The two times I have went back to Dunkin I was met with the same issues as before! Out of this out of that! Food is old! Regular coffee burnt! Out of specialty drink! Donuts hard! LONG LINES THAT TAKE FOREVER TO GET THROUGH. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! DON’T WASTE YOU’RE TIME HERE GO TO DAWSONVILLE.

This is my every day Dunkin and they’re the best!! My coffee never looks like creek water and always tastes delicious. Anytime I order food it’s hot and made properly. They’re also incredibly patient with my four year olds who never know what donut to pick, lol. LOVE this location. 🙂

We come here once in a while especially since I really like the refreshers. We ordered and this has happened before but this was the worst, the food we received was not good whatsoever. The sandwich and wrap were barely put together it was not worth the money. I would suggest going to maybe the other Dunkin in Dahlonega and not this one.

We’ve come here multiple times and the service is extremely slow. To clarify, once your food is ordered it’s quick. But getting your order taken and being serviced seems like it takes longer than it should. The people are nice but do not go above and beyond like you would expect from a customer service perspective.
