This location was placed right in our housing community. We love DD so we thought it would be nice to grab a snack right before getting gas at Highs. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! They are serving old food and seem to have an issue replacing it when asked. There’s another location right on Dual Hwy and other locations nearby. If they can’t give our community good food/service, don’t give them your money.

A lot of negative reviews but can’t say I’ve ever had an issue. This is actually my preferred dunkin in Hagerstown. My order is always accurate and fast. Staff is friendly. Inside is clean and up to date. Never have an issue with an item being unavailable. Very efficiently run Dunkin. Coffee tastes like coffee and not a cup of cream and they get you in and out, love it.

Overall an amazing Dunkin, excellent customer service, drink is always ready, order is always correct! Very polite staff one young lady even goes above and beyond she is kind enough to hand your drink directly to you on a walk-in verse just leaving it lay on the pick up counter that really makes me feel like a valued customer and not just a number on a ticket. To be fair I go early before that 8:00 rat race begins I’m sure in all that chaos they may not have time for such extra kindness!

This location consistently serves undercooked/raw food. I usually order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and hash browns. The bacon on the sandwich was raw and still pink, and the hashbrowns were barely warm, and raw in the middle. This is not the first time this has happened, it is actually rare that the food from this location is fully cooked. The employees also seem to have an attitude if you ask them to cook the food longer. Do not recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would, the service was awful very verbally aggressive all because I asked to split my order due to me getting a coffee for a coworker at work. I was yelled at across the lobby due to them, not giving me change through the drive-through an made fun of due to the change only being a dollar “ and laughed at due to the first go around me having to come back Again I was yelled at across The lobby told goodbye, very disrespectfully and loudly and how basically I don’t know what I’m talking about how she knows me and recognizes me because she waited on me yesterday. Her name is Ariel, the most disgusting, unprofessional, aggressive attitude and behavior, lack majorly and professionalism, maturity, and communication skills. very disappointed in this interaction I’ve never had to deal with before do better Dunkin this behavior shouldn’t be tolerated what so ever ide be pulling the cameras and pulling her aside asap ! I work two jobs an one being in food service this is not at all how customer service should be what so ever !

Never in my life did I go to a Dunkin’ Donuts and was told that I had to have bacon on my sandwich in order to purchase it. I even made the manager aware that I don’t eat meat, but he told me he still had to make it that way if I wanted the meal deal. I was so upset driving home and realized I wanted to make a complaint to corporate but realized they never gave me my receipt.

Best Dunkin in Hagerstown. Every worker In this shop are so friendly and make me feel like family. I also go to this one every morning my order is always correct and always ready to go when I order online. If I go in or thru the drive they are always so friendly and super fast.

I just order 4 dozen donuts for my
Daughter’s birthday and picked up and everything was 100% correct. Thanks for making my party great.

I really hate writing bad reviews, but this experience was just so bad. I’m literally a daily regular, putting in a very simple mobile order of a cold brew with sweet cold foam before I leave my house for work so it’s always ready before I even get to this location. I always leave my house with plenty of time to spare for work, but today the staff was treating two cars in the drive thru like an overwhelming lunch rush. After waiting for a while in the drive thru and getting no where, I pulled around and walked in to hopefully just be able to grab my mobile order and go, but the staff beyond unfriendly today. Not only did neither one want to acknowledge me, my drink was already prepared and behind the counter. I’ve worked in the service industry myself long enough that I’m not just gonna reach across the counter to grab it. I let the staff know that I’m picking up a mobile order and I got back a very terse “We’re busy”. The male staff member was clearly in a bad mood, opting to escalate and argue and walk away instead of, you know, just simply sliding the mobile order to the order pickup cubby. I’ve never argued with a staff member before, but there was no semblance of customer service there today. I went from being comfortably early to my shift to barely making it because the staff chose to argue instead of, once again, just sliding my waiting drink across the counter. This experience was so bad that I’m giving up my boosted Sipping Sprinter status and going back to Cannon Coffee being my daily regular stop after I use up the rest of my points at a different Dunkin location. This location desperately needs customer service remediation

Indian lady messed up orders and is rude when it is pointed out that she got the wrong order. She was adamant that I was incorrect when i kno what i said. It’s okay when you make mistakes but if you just push your incompetence on the customer it becomes a problem.
