Drive through for a quick coffee, donut, wake up rap and hash browns and was told to pull forward so I didn’t hold up the line. Well after seeing 5 cars go around me I went inside to ask about the food and told it was almost ready but it was actually sitting on the counter. None of the workers inside cared for my time or had any empathy for the delay. An apologized would have been nice.

I try giving this Dunkin the benefit of the doubt but again they fail to meet expectations. The donuts tasted old and the vanilla cream filled had no cream in the middle (happens all the time with this store) if I wanted a plain powdered donut I would order it. Let me know when you decide to fix this and I will bring my business back.

Somehow the hash browns were burnt and soggy at the same time, the wake up wraps always have burnt cheese, and their coffee tastes terrible. Lately the staff has been very rude, I ordered here the other day and the lady that took my order sighed over the mic and told me to pull forward. Please hire some nicer and more competent staff, this is why I go to starbucks.

As of lately this location has been on a overall decline! The line is always stretched out to the street for drive through. This used to be the best dunkin location, how sad. I will come back and edit my review if the store begins to better !

I had a very enjoyable experience in this dunkin’. I went inside to get a cup of coffee, and a donut. I was served quickly and politely, the interior was very well kept, and the staff were all polite, and diligently working. A very well oiled machine, very quick and easy coffee.

The drive through line was backed up so I decided to go in and order to go. I placed my order and waited for my food. It wasn’t until 30mins later that someone asked me if I was waiting on something. Keep in mind that other customers who came inside after me had already received their food ahead of me.
