I guess it’s fairly new and still trying to get it’s services in order. It wasn’t busy while I was there, but they were having a problem with 2 drive through orders and 2 lobby guests. There was a program with their cash register system in the lobby and while the girl up front offered to ring us up on the drive through register, the lady operating the drive through said no lol… Then told us to just come through the drive through.
I told her no, just make my drink and charge me when she was finished with the drive through customer (down to 1 car in her window now) and she looked baffled, like I was making her life so difficult to ring up a single drink without getting in my car and driving around.
I’d say this place needs a few months to figure out how to run the shop before I would go back here, if at all.
Drink was good, after I prized it away from the drive through lady’s discomforted soul.

I have gone to this Dunkin on my way to work for several months. Initially it was great. Super fast, good and hot food. But for the last two months or so it’s been terrible. The food and drinks are always lukewarm. When I’ve called to inform them I’m given no apology, no explanation just “come get a refund”. I definitely won’t be going back.

By far the absolute best DD anywhere!!! The staff are always so polite, friendly, and generous. My orders are always made exactly to order. When I order something hot, it is actually hot and not just lukewarm. I am a daily customer and you won’t get the same “standard” service as you do at other DDs. They always go above and beyond to make you feel like you’re part of the DD family! Love these guys and gals!

I love Dunkin’ Donuts! The coffee is always fresh and delicious, and there are so many options to choose from. The donuts are soft, tasty, and perfect with a morning coffee. Service is fast and friendly, which makes it a great stop any time of day. Definitely one of my favorite places for coffee and snacks!

I come here just about every morning on my way to work and for over a year have yet to have an order messed up and definitely much more consistent than some others I have been too. I’m mostly in the drive thru and can’t say I’ve had to wait hardly at all even when the like is long.
