Managers dont seem like they are helping their workers. Workers look mean expect the blonde lady. Ordered a Latte it was okay. Managers need improvement I would hate to work with them.

I came through at 11:15 today. They weren’t busy and both ladies working were extremely friendly and answered all my questions. The icing on the cake was them letting my child pick his own donut. She was asking him big or small, sprinkles or no, what color. He was so happy to get to pick and choose and order his own donut. These ladies really went the extra mile when it comes to customer service and our food and coffee being delicious was just a good bonus.

Kaitlyn made sure we were taken care of last night before closing! We ordered two large unsweetened vanilla decaf shaken espressos and got two free donuts as a bonus! We’re not doing any sugar or caffeine super late, but this was still a tasty treat!

i am sorry for the workers here. dunkin donuts with very little seating, in the chaos of walmart with questionable parenting, out of control kids sugared up with donuts and not one hand sanitizer in sight but i guess snap doesn’t pay for sanitizer. at least the prices are the same as any other dunkin and not some weird inflated add-on to a building price. i found my service to be slow for anything other than drinks and there’s very little seating to be found. but if i have to tough it out at walmart, then caffeine helps.

Probably the best experience I’ve had with a Dunkin. Unfortunately, most Dunkin locations usually provide an underwhelming quality of customer service. However, this location has wowed me consistently on quality of drinks/donuts, and a wonderful atmosphere with their customer service. The management is well above exceptional and this location is probably the best of its category of business. This place should absolutely be the standard.

Just left. Awful customer service! Where’s the Hi, how can I help you???? The cashier just stared at me dumbfounded. Then tells me she can’t make anything because she turned the oven off. It was 5:30, y’all close at 7pm!!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but I genuinely felt scammed today. Ordered a peppermint mocha – it neither tasted like peppermint nor mocha. Ended up having to purchase my own creamer at the Walmart and add it in to compensate for the utter lack of flavor. My friends also ordered drinks and were equally disappointed.
