I’ve tried countless times to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but this morning was the last straw. I ordered a Dunkalatte and asked for no foam, along with a bacon jam grilled cheese. I was told they would “do what they could” about the foam, which already felt dismissive, and the sandwich was terribly made, sloppy and clearly thrown together.
I’m always polite and patient, and I’m paying for both the product and the service, so I don’t understand why there continues to be an issue with quality and attention to detail at this location. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and not what I expect as a paying customer.

I am so impressed with this store. As a retired business owner I understand fully what excellence is and what it is not. I have been most impressed with a young man who waits on me from time to time, so I recently asked for his name (Alex) and for the owners’ contact information. He really does display excellence with customers and fellow staff, all of which are friendly and efficient as well. I spoke with Lisa (owner) and appreciate the kind of business she and her husband endeavor to do there. Customer service seems almost non-existent anymore… refreshing to find. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stopped in this morning to get our daughter two dozen donuts for her birthday to share with her class! The man helping us was very nice and patient while we picked donuts flavors. My wife also got a drink and it was very good.

Our big group walked in right before closing time, Lilly and Randy were amazing! They were patient with us asking to taste some of the ice cream flavors and service was nice and quick. The place was clean too :).

Come here all the time they always look out to take care of their customers I had one girl I forget her name but she has red hair she had to help me w the app 10/10 all the Dunkin’s in statesboro are the best I’ve ever been to the staff are always nice

I’m a veteran and stopped by this Dunkin’ on Veterans Day after seeing Dunkin’s official nationwide offer for a free donut to veterans and active military. Unfortunately, this location chose not to participate and the staff were dismissive and rude when I mentioned it.

we come here a lot and everytime we get a matcha and ask for less ice it’s still all the way filled with ice but less matcha… doesn’t matter what size we get. we understand less ice = yall can’t fill it to the brim but if you’re gonna not fill it can you ACTUALLY do less ice bc this is just more ice less product for 6$. like this picture was 3 minutes after we got her matcha and it was already nearly gone bc it was all ice and foam.
