This is the kind of coffee I get every single day — I don’t miss a beat. However, depending on the Dunkin’ location, some tend to make it overly sweet when it’s not necessary, and that’s how I know they’re not following the actual ingredients.
But today, the lady with the orange hair did a fantastic job. This review isn’t for the entire staff — it’s specifically for her. The whipped cream was just right; it didn’t come spearing out of the top.

Today I went to buy an ice cream (Dubai Chocolate) and a thin, white girl with glasses served me and gave me a small pistachio ice cream that looked nothing like what was shown on the screen, not even the topping was the same, and I paid almost $13 for it.

Normally, the workers here in the morning have a bad attitude. So I tried my best not to come to this location, but today I came it was made of frozen coffee. Which I had to bring back because it was bitter and tasted like straight coffee.
I go to make it down the street and realize I can’t finish drinking my frozen coffee because there’s big pumps of ice in it.
And clearly they get a lot of complaints or bad reviews to the point where you can’t even reach anyone by phone at this location.
I do not recommend!!!

I work 1 minute down the road and order the same drink every time and everytime I order it is wrong. The get rude and mad when they have to remake it and then say (it takes ti much time ) cold foam is extra by the way and then they still fix my drink wrong. Will travel to another location this was my last day! The lady Zariah zara the manager there is never helpful and always rushes. The counter was dirty and wet and I got my sleeves wet while I was waiting. Asked for corporate number they said google it!! Look at picture where is foam ?? Asked for Carmel drizzle on cup no drizzle. Everyday

This is my FAVORITE Dunkin’ location! I frequent this specific location due to the consistency of their drinks and service! I’ve honestly never had a bad experience. The staff have gotten to know me on a personal level and they’ve perfected my coffee order! Keep it up guys!

Visited the restaurant excited for a desert and coffee!!!!!!! As we walked in the manager looks up and then right back down to her task at hand, NO GREETING at all.
We looked at the doughnuts display for a few minutes trying to figure out what we wanted… then we headed over to the ice cream area…. So after about 5 or 6 minutes into the visit the same lady who looked up finally says. Do y’all want something? I said yes. She said she’d be right back. When she came back from the back… I asked her if she would wash her hands. ( SHE WAS COUGHING INTO HER JACKET THE WHOLE TIME!!!!!!)
She was visibly annoyed. She washed her hands and sent someone else to help us.
I asked this lady (red braids) to wash her hands as well. She said I’ll put on a glove)
1. For the first lady ( Indian features.. nose ring, black hair… )
GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE if you do not know how to give customer service or if you don’t like customer service!!!!!!! GET OUT!!!!

WASH YOUR HANDS FREQUENTLY and use a paper towel when you turn the faucet off!!!! Do you want the health inspectors I your establishment day in and day out??? If not get it together.

Not one person wearing a hair net around food items. Screen out so you cannot see full menu. Staff seems to be one ethnicity although local ethnicity doesn’t match presence inside of location. Got order wrong through drive through. Didn’t realize until I got to work. Drove back only to wait ten minutes for staff to tell me the ingredients needed for my order wasn’t present in the store. Waited in line a third time to ask for a replacement item

Hey y’all, wanted to drop a real review! So I went this location today to grab a quick breakfast before work. I pulled up to the menu and was a little indecisive about what I wanted. They didn’t rush me, very patient.
I ordered the caramel latte in Medium and the Croissant with ham & cheese which totaled out to be around $10 bucks.
The Latte was made to perfection compared to the other Dunkin Donut spots ..
But the Croissant was HORRIBLE! It tasted like Dish soap and burnt cheese… in the picture you can tell it wasn’t pleasant looking..
I wouldn’t recommend the food choices here. But the Latte was amazingly good . Which is why I gave them a 3/5. I get over 50,000 views a month on my reviews.

I went in there as for signature latte Carmel. Latte almond milk extra shot. She acted like she had an attitude. She was like she was rushing me, didn’t give me a chance to pull out my rewards card. She didn’t even make my drink right? She didn’t give me no cinnamon, no caramel. She just mix it up and put it in a cup she didn’t feel like going to work.She should have stayed home
