27% MILITARY SURCHARGE ADDED FOR DISCOUNT. I stopped by around 7 am on a weekday. The cashier asked if I wanted a $ 6 meal. I said yes. So I ordered the bacon, egg, bagel with hash browns and medium coffee. The amount was about $6.37. I then asked if they have military discounts. They said yes, thank you for your service. Then the total went up to $8.13. I then asked, how come after the discount it’s more? She said the discount cancels out the $6.00 meal. So I clarified, ” so with the military discount, I pay $2 more? She said yes.
Not to sound ungrateful for them offering a military discount, which I appreciate the sentiment, but it ended up being a 27% military surcharge added on to my bill instead, defeating the purpose and thoughtfulness of the military discount concept.

This felt like going to an arcade, Long wait. Rude Staft members. I go have for a Quick morning coffee I get inside and the line is as long as my toenails., I Wait for a good 10 to 15 minutes until getting in my car and going to the drive through thinking that would be faster nope.

Placed a mobile order from the Dunkin app leaving the area. Gentleman at the window was friendly and the order was already ready when I got there. The drinks were made right and breakfast sandwich was good. Would go back when in area again.

I waited for 10 minutes at the Dunkin Donuts and NO ONE was in there. The only person who looked like they were on duty is this lady who was talking to some guy outside. How the F is that allowed? I made an order online and i was planning to pick it up before work. Had to go to STARBUCKS NEXT DOOR. WHICH YOU ALL SHOULD DO. ITS THE SAME DAMN PRICE FOR BETTER QUALITY DRINKS AND FOOD.

Not good this morning. Coffee tasted like artificial sweetener was added instead of sugar. Weak coffee. Bagel was salty. Just awful today. Poor drive thru service attendant too around 10:40.

100 percent disrespectful. I order hashbrowns an egg & cheese croissant. The food was thrown together and undercooked as you can see. Hartley took the order was so rude, yelling at us to pull forward without have received our food. Instead of preparing the food properly, they threw food together to get us out of the line. I went back in and request a full refund. Customer service is nonexistent. I will never return.
