Meal was cold, cheese wasnt melted, coffee wasnt hot. I sent it back and second time it came out it was hot but only half of a top croissant. Low quality ingredients, food made wth 0 effort but cost me 10 dollars. I will never eat here again. Dunkin doughnuts as a corporation… you need to do better

The staff is always friendly and they give a military discount which I totally appreciate. Thank you so much. The handicap parking that’s closest to Dunkin Donuts doesn’t have a door near Dunkin. You have to walk to the front doors of JP, then walk to the far right back to Dunkin Donuts. If you like breakfast potatoes, you might want to go get them at Burger King within the same JP plaza. You get more for the money at Burger King and they aren’t “seasoned” with whatever Dunkin Donuts seasons them with at BK,

They close 30 minutes then what is posted on the online site. An only offer regular coffee when close to closing.. lattes aren’t that good as well even when they do make them.

I went to get a coffee refill in my personal cup on 10/15/25 @ 8:00 am and females that were there were very rude and cut me off and said I’ll sell you a large cup and dump it in there if you’d like it told her that there was a refill button for 32oz cup cause I have done it before she kinda raised her voice and said I already told you I’ll sell you a cup and dump it in there. I ordered two donuts and a plain coffee around 9:30 AM. Unfortunately, the donuts were quite hard and tasted stale, which was disappointing for a morning visit. The coffee also took about five minutes to be ready after ordering, which felt unusually slow.
On top of that, the drive-thru lane creates a traffic backup for vehicles trying to enter the gas station which is definitely a poor layout and frustrating to navigate.
Overall, I don’t plan to return for either the donuts or the coffee, and I can’t recommend this location based on my experience.

When ordering at the drive-through window, it would be nice if the order taker didn’t say “Anything else” after each item before you have time to add on the second or third item. Poor service makes you feel rushed to make your order. The donuts, however, were fresh! Coffe spot on

Though this place is new, it is a next gen store offering new drinks and the beyond (plant based) sandwhich as a breakfast option. Jackson location has a great energetic staff with a great manager leading the way, and the doughnuts are baked on site!!
