So why are the doughnuts put in a flat box? Apparently the workers don’t understand. I ordered a dozen of variety this morning, I have a lot of stuff to carry into work so I asked for a bag, I was happy to bag them myself but no she handed them to another employee to bag them. She turned the box long ways up and down and shaking the box into the bag like she was putting a pillow in a pillow case. After that I asked for my money back. People really need common sense. Why would someone want busted up doughnuts.

This is false advertising. They don’t have cream for their coffee so they should not be allowed call themselves Dunkin express. Absolutely disgusting and this place should be ashamed of themselves.

I believe they should correct the name to “Dunkin’ Self Serve”. I was excited when I saw a 24hr dunkin near me. When I arrived, sadly the opposite. As skeptical as I was, I tried it. I couldn’t get my cold foam however the brewed coffee was made correctly. I’ve actually had way worse at brick-and-mortar locations.

Nice pilot clean bathrooms. Just crumbs of hot food out “plans to more” also no donuts and decided to clean entire coffee station and empty all pots at once so couldn’t get coffee unless you want the instant stuff.

The creamer and milk dispenser is always not working .Always out of Dunkin coffee. The Pilot employees would say we have other coffee. We stop for Dunkin coffee not pilot coffee.

It’s a self-serve kiosk that has Dunkin Donut Products. I was disappointed coming here because I expected it to be an actual stand alone Dunkin Donut establishment but in reality it was just a counter with two types of Dunkin coffee and a stand with sauces/sweeteners located inside of a truck stop gas station. Not to mention, the variety of donuts were limited to about 7 flavors and non of them were fresh at all. They were spongy,dry, and somewhat bitter. I don’t know why this is advertised as an actual Dunkin Donuts when it’s not???Should’ve just went to Starbucks and had an actual barista make my drink.

Everytime I go there, their donuts are not fresh at all. Hard as a rock. Sad part is I can go to the villa rica truck stop (petro)and they make dunkin donuts fresh every morning and they are delicious at Petro
