I am sitting here right now. In their restaurant/store…..
There is only 1 person out here making orders….. she is not working with any urgency, even though I CAN SEE all the orders on the screen. Not to MENTION, whilst casually loafing through her job… she is on the PHONE. Having an IN DEPTH conversation with what seems to be a family member(based off what ive heard).
Then when I finally received my pizza…. it was made like shit. Only 4 slices had chicken on them…….
My siblings and myself, all help each other to take care of each other’s kids……. so I come here like 2 times a week.
We have 6 kids between us….
So I ask for pizza to also be square cut…. .she also acknowledged to me that she didnt notice that I requested the square cut.
I have had SOME BAD experiences at this store….
But this has to be the worst.
So bad, i felt it necessary to write a review.
That sucks. I likely won’t be back here for awhile

Ordered for delivery. Delivery driver was great. But the pizza he brought, not so much. The dough was spread very thin to the point that it couldn’t even be picked up because of how floppy it was. It stuck to the box and all the toppings fell right off. I did ask for extra sauce but this was overkill. I felt like I was eating lasagna with crust. They also forgot to put bacon on my pizza. The bread bites were overcooked too.

We ordered 3 pizzas, chicken n bread bites carry out. Unfortunately one of the pizzas was missing an ingredient. The manager provided great service and re made the pizza himself. Too bad by the time it was done the rest of the order arrived at the house cold.

Worst experience ever! It started with waiting at the counter to pick up my order to go. I watched the staff as they were busy but no greeting. Finally I mentioned to one of the staff boxing the Pizzas that two pizzas were at the end of the oven and they were off the rack by about two inches. I stated that they might fall so he pushed the back in. Finally someone else came up and asked if I needed help. I gave him my name and he searched for my order which was the two that were pushed back in. Another employee removed them and cut them. I asked are they my pizzas since they didn’t look like what I ordered. The NY style looks like a hand tossed pizza and then hand tossed was supposed to have garlic crust.
And this is where things progressed for the worse. I asked why the NY style looked like a hand tossed pizza and if they could make another correctly. They said it was a NY style and after a back and forth that I didn’t agree with them they said I could wait 20 minutes for another to be made. I said that’s ok I will take a refund and the employee said I would have to pay more for the single pizza as I bought them on the 2 or more Pizza special for $6.99. Feeling distressed I called another Domino’s in Deltona where a very nice person apologized for my bad experience and asked what I wanted. I ordered a NY style pizza and picked it up on the way home.

Went today to pick up an oder that was placed online 20 min ago to find out when I got there it was not even on their to prep screen, while I was there people ordered after me and remember I morpordered online prior arrival. Not even an apology or sympathy, I ask the guy to cancel the order. The line employees were kinda pissed slamming and not showing positive attitudes to take care of the business, who took care of me a delivery guy after 10 min waiting at the register, 3 employees in the kitchen and not even a single one could ask name or sir we will be right with you. I would not come back.

These people are unethical. I placed an order around closing time. Long story short, I ended up with this nasty dry, thin discombobulated pizza. So I called to see what my options are spoke to a worker who told me the manager was next to him and was writing my info down to remake it for the next day as they had everything off. I told them I would keep the pizza so they could take it back. Called today, and the manager Tj and meckenley told me that they have no idea about this that someone lied. I told them I had no reason to lie. I asked for the stores Hm and was told they couldn’t tell me and that they had no idea how to give me his info. Here are the pics of the pizza that deliver. Thin all over but the crust which was still raw. Little to no sauce and / or topings.

Tonight I placed an order for 3 pizzas on my app. After an hour had passed there was no progress on the pizzas. I called the store and the guy that answered could not find my order via name or order number after chatting back and forth he said let me get my manager. I was placed on hold for a few minutes and then the young man came back on the phone at the same time my order updated to in the oven. Apparently they were finally able to find the order and he apologized. I inquired on how long it would old be until it arrived and he stated about 40 minutes I asked what if I just come pick it up. He said then like 10min. I live less than ten minutes away so I left right away to go get the pizzas. I never did get to speak to the manager. Upon arrival I let them know I was there to pick up the pizza and again gave my name. They again couldn’t find my order anywhere. While standing there I received a notification stating that my pizza was out for deliver. All the employees were confused and visibly upset. I asked who the manager was and the young man pointed to the lady who was the M.O.D. She stated we have been busy which I understand. She choose to still not come up to speak with me at all. No apology or anything. The fact that not only was there no apology the manager couldn’t even hold herself or her store she’s managing accountable the situation . It’s unfortunate to see. Now I am aware not returning for business will not make a difference to them. But having come from the industry background seeing the demise on how managers like this don’t handle a situation or hold themselves or team accountable is very disheartening. Best of luck to the future of this store.
