We’ve been coming here for years. Over the last year it has gotten so bad. Today our avocado toast was burnt and stale. Drinks are always half wrong. No donuts ever. Service is terrible. Mini bagels are cold and stale. Take care of your paying customers and give good food for the price we pay.

At the front of the line and nobody recognized me an greeted me today…four workers looked at me and said nothing. Another customer walks in and they are greeted “welcome to Dunkin'”. They actually looked past me to speak to the person behind me and said “how can I help you”. Even the other customer was asking if I had been helped. I said I was here to pick up my online order under my name. They annoyingly hand me my order without saying anything, proceeds to speak to the person behind me again. I was the only minority present, noticing a possible pattern here but can’t be 100% but certainly not good customer service etiquette.

Inconsistent at best, everytime I come in I order the exact same drink and every time it come out different, different color, different flavor, more sweet then less sweet, blended sometimes other times stirred. This is noting more then teaching the same method and amounts to each new person. Unfortunately ontop of that today the donuts were stail and hard as if they sat out over night. Extremely disappointed in the quality at this location.

Rough morning at the Dunkin’ that included an overcharge, and a bagel bag being thrown on the counter by an angry bagel toaster that apparently uses a flame thrower to prepare food. I ordered 2 bagels toasted and a dozen donuts, 3 of which were specialty donuts. My total was 28$. I questioned the total. They said it was because of the specialty donuts and then totaled it again. This time it was 24$. I paid, looked at the receipt, and I had been charged for 12 individual donuts. Once again I questioned the total and while my appeal was under review, the bagel toaster approached and tossed my bagel bag on the counter and stormed off. The donuts are good. The bagel disintegrated into ash.

You’d think with how many people stop at this location that the customer service would be great but this one seems to have a bunch of younger individuals who could care less. The young lady in the drive through had an attitude so I decided to go on the inside for a better experience. I get inside, no greeting from the young lady at the cash register and both employees acted as if it was forbidden to ask about a drink that I wanted to know if they still had. No “have a nice day” or anything after my order was paid for. I’d rather give my hard earned money to Starbucks. Do better and get better employees who actually act like they want to be in the line of customer service!
