I love Dunkin. But this Dunkin is the WORST one I have ever been to.
COFFEE – always just tastes wrong, burnt, watery, etc or isn’t made correctly.
FOOD – Items get left out, wrong all the time.
HOURS – Ordered on the app a full hour before they closed, went the location. Open sign was still on but no one was in the store/lights off. But orders still coming through (see video) I NEED A REFUND.

Drive through at 6am on Weds was efficient and easy! Very friendly workers. Typical Dunkin’ fare. I liked my breakfast sandwich and latte!

Every Saturday they will make you sit at the drive-thru for at least 15 to 20 minutes and when I pulled around to the window to see why it was taking so long, everything seemed to be so funny and I want to be clear the crew. This is literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They never give me my complete order (for 2 adults, so a total of 4 items) and something is always either burnt, cold, or burnt and cold. There are 2 other dunkins very close by, just bypass this one all together.
