Dunkin’ has removed all their good donuts. I don’t know how they expect to compete with all the pastry and sweets shops opening up. The coconut is gone, the powdered cake and the vanilla cream filled are gone. They’ve ruined the double chocolate by adding a glaze in addition to the frosting, so it went from perfect to sickening sweet. The only good thing they have left is the jelly. I just drive past now and go to one of the new pastry shops.

This was such an amazing and exceptional experience! We were conversing with the gentleman who works here and he was so kind and helpful with our order! It was amazing seeing him work with his family and offer top notch service to everyone of his customers! I really appreciated his kindness towards my wife and me today! I will continue to visit this location and support this family business!

This Dunkin location needs to figure out how to make the hashbrowns. Every time I have ordered them, which has been about four times, they’ve been burnt, but still somehow under done. I guess it is my fault for going there after the second time they came out that way. I actually prefer my hashbrowns slightly burnt, because it makes them a little bit more crispy, except at this location they’re still just mushy and gross even when they’re burnt.

Ordered on the way to the store…hoping to pick up and go. Placed the order…paid through app…and once I arrived the pickup had to occurs through drive through. So far been waiting for 10 min. Only waiting cause I don’t know how to cancel the order. They have a sign on the door saying short staff, but I could give people working inside. Should trust people, but are they really short staffed, or just don’t want to work hard? Besides they get the drink order wrong from time to time. Great location, just needs new mgt.

I just want to praise this location! I hate to admit publicly that I am a regular Dunkin’ Donuts visitor, but I now only go to one location and it’s this location here off of Bethelview in Cumming Georgia. The customer service is better than anywhere I’ve ever been where management, and employees alike seem to genuinely care about their customers and make it a point to go over and above to provide quality customer service! I also wanna give a special shout out to one employee that seems to have been there for a long time and always makes it a point to come to the window just to say hello, Sabitra, thank you for all you do! In addition, the food is always hot, prepared, accurately, and it’s always given to me by somebody with a smile on their face! Thank you to the ownership and management of this location and I will be a customer here for a very long time!

Only one word describes this place correctly. Gross. It’s dirty and I’ve seen bugs around their food like they pay rent. Only someone as gross as the owners and workers there would consider eating here. Most dunkins have headed in the same directions where its obvious cleanliness is not a priority at all.

It is a shame this location is so filthy, this was just this area, the bathroom needs attention too, the garbage is full by 10am and not emptied. The seats and tables need to just be wiped down, nothing is to hard they just need to do it. It could be such a good place to sit and have a call or meeting all they would have to do is clean and address some maintenance.

Had their new waffle sandwich! Service was quick and efficient! Super yummy and the maple bacon adds the sweet touch- not too overwhelmingly sweet for breakfast!

This is a nice Dunkin. The location is easy to enough to get in and out of. The store is clean and staff is friendly. Theis location also has the baskin robins ice cream and cakes. The coffee here is delicious and they also have specials on food items 2 for_. The drivethru can get busy at times but they generally do a good job of moving people along.
