I visited for the first time on 3-5-2026..I took my nephew Jabril here..No Baskin Robbins at this location. One of the main reasons I came here. I got my nephew a chocolate donut and I got a 5 pk of Munchkins $1.99 donut holes and a 5 pk of 3 glazed and 2 blueberry munchkins for $1.99 donuts are good and fresh. Pull up and check them out.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever seen. It was dirty, dingy, sad looking, and there was a baby car seat on the counter for some reason and donut crumbs all around the register. I won’t be back.

I originally ordered a croissant and hash browns. The order was incorrect. I came back and spoke to Ms. Latoya who was extremely kind and professional with getting a replacement order in asap. This showed great leadership for her team. The gentleman on her staff made a fresh coffee for me and it was really good.
It’s not often that I get to see professionalism in urban neighborhoods, this spoke to me and set the tone for the day.

I have visited this location on numerous occasions and the service has been efficient, fast and at times warm. Clearly the staff has changed in the past few weeks, Horrible Horrible service, drive takes forever, I’ll go in and order and the cars still haven’t moved. Today i tried to go in and order because the drive wasn’t moving again, there was a line on the inside as well, the employee was talkong loud on her phone arguing about her kids walking to school or not while we all just looking like can you take an order its 4 people in line. I just walked out, and another customer walked out after me. The employees look like they just rolled out of bed, it doesn’t seem clean or sanitary either. Has the ownership changed? This Unacceptable for Dunkin Donuts. I WILL NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I gave the previous rating about months ago and said I would never order a sandwich from this Dunkin Donuts again. Well, I decided to give them another chance be cause everybody makes mistakes or has a bad day. Wrong decision for me! I decided to get 2 egg and cheese wake-up wraps through the drive-thru. I figured that should be pretty easy. I was wrong! I was given 2 wake-up wraps with sausage on them. I parked and went inside and told them they gave me the wrong order. I was given 2 egg and cheese wraps, but the cheese was burnt! I didn’t notice it until I got home. I was soooo mad! This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts that I’ve ever been to. I am not a glutton for punishment! I will NOT be back!!
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant through the drive-thru. When I got it, the croissant and the bacon were burnt! Also, there was hardly any bacon on it. It looked like crumbs. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture of it. I went inside and asked if it could be remade with more bacon. The guy at the register said coldly, ‘We can remake it, but you only get 2 pieces of bacon.’ I asked him to just remake it without it being burnt. When I got it, the bacon was still burnt around the edges. I will NEVER order another sandwich from them!

I stopped by this location and ordered a coffee and hash browns. The coffee was great. However, the hash browns were extremely dark brown to almost black, mushy in texture, and had a burnt, unpleasant taste. They appeared to have been fried in old oil and were completely inedible. I hope management addresses this to ensure food is prepared fresh and to standard.

Just why then on top of that I ordered a coffee with ALMOND MILK because I have a milk allergy and of course they used cream and no caramel even though I paid extra had me throwing up all over the place. Filing a complaint because its such a simple ask then they charge extra for it

Consistently good customer service over the years. We really appreciate the friendly service and fresh coffee on Candler Road. 4 stars because of the building. It’s past needing to be upgraded. Condensation on windows, etc. The staff is good though.
