This place is massive. You can always get a table and the food is actually fire. Absolutely love it. Prices are amazing and the amount of food that you get for the price is crazy. Plus they have bottomless mimosas offered every day for $21 and a ton of great specials on their menu.
It’s a little noisy, especially when it’s busy because it’s a very open concept with a wide-open kitchen, which I love. The food was so fresh and came out very quickly. The best café de olla I’ve ever had in my life and trust me I order it every place I can!! Very attentive and friendly servers. Today was my first time going and I will absolutely be back.

My fiancé and I love this place! The atmosphere is spacious. We went the day after Valentine’s Day/Presidents’ Day weekend. We got seated within 33 minutes, which is a reasonable time. It could have been an hour! Our waitress was so sweet! She accommodated our needs. The food portions were large, enough to take home for a snack later! As we were about to leave, I was finishing up my Café de Olla. My waitress offered more coffee to go! Overall, great experience. We’ll be coming back with friends!

I’ve had the opportunity to dine at a family cafeteria today. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised, that as busy as they were their customer service never wavered. From the busser who cleaned tables. Our server, Edith never missed a beat. Everything that we ordered was cooked perfect. The portion sizes were enough to enjoy. The flavors were amazing. Their pancakes put IHOP to shame. The omelet was huge and full of meat, very tasty. The French toast needed no syrup it’s taste of eggs and toast were married just right. When you add the syrup OMG Next level good. Their salsa wasn’t too extreme which did add an extra zip to the omelet. Vanessa and Beatrice the managers were just what a good restaurant needed. They were attentive to everyone’s needs

This spot was recommended to us by a Vegas local — and locals always know the best places off the strip. We came in for breakfast and were greeted and seated right away. Jenni welcomed us and we mentioned it was our first time. The service and attention were amazing from start to finish.

Absolutely recommend Casa El Desayuno for anyone visiting Las Vegas. They were super friendly, very attentive, the manager came to check on us twice to make sure we were all good. The food was delicious. The only reason I’m giving the atmosphere a 4 is because it is really loud with all the noise from people talking, but hey, that’s a good thing because it means the place is packed! And despite how packed it is, there’s lots of tables so the wait time was fairly short for us- 8 minutes. Food came out in a timely manner also. Definitely coming back next time I’m out here!

She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask. Been wanting to try this place for a while now. It was delicious! I had the Tender Tips with eggs & hash browns. The meat was so tender. There was so much food I didn’t even touch the pancakes. The real reason I was here was to find an unlimited mimosa spot that wasn’t just on the weekends. This Is It! So many flavors… This is definitely a new Go To spot. I want to thank the staff for not rushing us out as well. Didn’t know they were only open for breakfast and lunch.

We’ve been here twice and we love this location! Today Natali was our server. She was so sweet and super attentive the entire time. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. I appreciate the way they accommodated my disabled father both times we’ve been. Definitely recommend this location! We will be back!

Our group of nine was seated, and the friendly staff took our orders. Everyone raved about their meals, from the Cafe De Ollo coffee to Jamon A La Mexican which were bursting with flavor. Unfortunately, my burrito was a bit bland, and the bacon, requested extra crispy, arrived limp. Additionally, my pancakes were forgotten. Despite these minor hiccups with my order, the rest of the group had an exceptional experience, and the overall quality was impressive. I’m happy to give a strong recommendation for this lively spot and would return for another vibrant brunch!
Oh and one last recommendation, go with the pancake flights! You won’t be sorry.
