Two guys working their butts off on Christmas and taking care of a ton of orders and trying to make sure everyone was taken care of really made my Christmas. Stopped in to use the restroom since I’m traveling 4 hours to SC. They went beyond the call of duty and you hardly ever see that these cats that I took a break to just leave this review because they deserve to be recognized for their hard work. May they have a blessed Christmas and their 2026 show so much favor in their lives. Thanks

Two jugs of coffee for a work event. Once ready to serve, the coffee was like weak tea. I had told myself to never go there again after last bad experiences…now, no more. Additionally, online order-ahead is a joke foe this location. Orders never ready on time. One time, I ordered coffee ahead (6:15 am pick up). When I arrived, they said sorry you’ll have to wait

I have to start going somewhere else. The last coffee I just had was literally water. Someone there is not brewing coffee correctly, adding too much crème. I take the amount of crème and sugar down, and it still is made wrong. Not to mention if you walk in, you are ignored most of the time, people are standing there either waiting to give their order or picking up…they look at you like why are you here, no greeting.

One of those 6:00 p.m. days where I wanted a jelly donut and a small coffee with creamy sugar.
My coffee tastes like the water came from out the toilet so I had to throw that out when I got home.
I’ve bit into my donut and almost broke my tooth it was harder than gangsta rap and looked like it was deprived jelly.
Looks like I’ll be hitting up that new donut shop on Salem Rd where Cascade Skates used to be. smh

I was literally just told… after waiting 10 minutes in line.. that they’re too busy to make a frozen coffee. How are you too busy to do your job?
I just went to the Dunkin’ Donuts 10 minutes away in Covington on Eagle Drive.. and they made my frozen coffee and got me in and out of the drive-thru in less than 5 minutes.

I have never been to this location before. Upon walking in, I made eye contact with an employee and said good morning. They just looked at me… Another employee rounds the corner, and I also say good morning. She responded the same exact way as the first employee. I just turned around, glad I didn’t waste my time any further nor my money.

Just horrible service ! No signs before entering to inform customers that only beverage orders can be taken at the time. After waiting on line then were we only told that no food can be ordered at the time . This establishment always disappoints me. You have to do better as a well known food chain.

I literally just went through the drive through to get a $5 breakfast meal. They reheated the wrap burnt crusted cheese in the wrap cold hash browns and then when you call nobody answers the phone. I don’t pay for reheated food that’s been sitting already.

Ordered a refresher with no ice seeing its 20 degrees outside. And got ice. When I asked them to fix it was told no ice is no longer a option. Why not tell someone when they order before paying. Very unprofessional. First and last time to this location #dunkinfailed

Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. Requested baby shark with white cake and cookies and cream ice cream. No one called to confirm my order or go over details with me. The cake looked nothing like baby shark, and I the cake was confetti. The day of pick up I had no options so paid for the cake. I did not serve the cake as it would have been embarrassing a flavor that my baby didn’t want. Will not be back as this is my second bad review.
