I’ve never been to duncan , but I decided to stop and get two dozen donuts for all the guys at work. They tried to give me just one box of doughnuts , so I had to remind them that I was getting two dozen. Had to wait a while to get my other box. Got to work and noticed one of the boxes of donuts seemed like they were a day old. Very dry and not very good. So I opened the other box to find doughnuts that had to be two weeks old. They were hard as a rock. So I spent $30 for some inedible donuts. Thank you so much , Duncan for wasting my time and stealing my money.

As a daily visitor to Dunkin’ Donuts across the country, this was a horrible experience. I was not greeted nor acknowledged when I came into the location. I stood at the counter in the service area for about 6 minutes without acknowledgment. I was the one to initiate interaction with the cashier by saying ‘Good afternoon, how are you?’ The response I received was ‘what can I get you’. I had a mobile order, but also was there to order additional food—I decided not to order the additional food due to the lack of a welcoming environment. Upon going to grab my mobile order—which ended up being incorrect, the coffee was wrong—I asked the young lady if a manager was available. She advised no, but she was a shift lead. I explained to her the negative experience I was having and she completely disregarded what I was saying and walked off mid conversation. I went back to the cash register and asked for a printout of my receipt so that I could have the store information to which, Ariel, told me she could not reprint receipts—an obvious lie. I next asked for the store location# and managers name so that I could file a complaint, to which Ariel told me she was not allowed to provide that information. I decided to leave so that I would not escalate the situation.

Up all night with my mother at the hospital. I hadn’t eaten anything since 2 days ago. I went this morning at 4:30am just to get a few items to hold me over until later. I was excited but every single item I bit into literally tasted like cleaning chemicals. I thought maybe it was just the hash browns so I tried one out of the other order and still had the AWFUL chemical taste.I tried the sandwiches and every single one of them had that chemical taste and my friend agreed. I immediately threw out everything but wasted 15 dollars to not to even be able to eat. On top of that, now I’m still starving. I think I pissed off the lady working in the kitchen or something bc she did seem very unhappy to have guests 30 mins after they opened. I won’t ever go back to any Dunkin’ Donuts again. I will happily take myself .5 miles down the road and go to Starbucks or Waffle House. Thanks for wasting my time and money

They say they close at 7 pm, but I went at 6:05 pm and it was already closed, and the employees were very calm, as if no one had been trying to open the door so we could get in and enjoy some donuts. Terrible service!!

Location was clean. There were 3 young people working and the young lady that helped me was polite, Patient and courteous. The coffee was hot and fresh, made to perfection and the blueberry muffin was warm and soft.

They may open at 4 AM, but not the dining room. If you want to go inside and sit down like a civilized person to enjoy your coffee try the other locations. Chimney Rock Rd either has different policies, or just can’t get their act together. Seems odd to me because all 3 stores are the same ownership.
UPDATE 11-8: After my review they changed their ways. The dining room has been open when I arrived between 5-5:30 AM. I was thrilled and set to remove this review and replace with a very positive review, until this morning when the doors were locked with a note saying they now open at 8 AM. Seriously, 8 AM? Now you’ve lost my business for good. Most people work for a living and are already on their way at that time. I like your coffee and you’re location is more convenient, but it isn’t much farther to McDonald’s and their coffee is $1 less. See ya!

This particular Dunkin’ needs to check their donuts and make sure they aren’t old, because twice in a row I was served a very hard donut, like literally I could knock on it like it was wood. So disappointing!

Giving 2 stars because the staff is always nice and polite here. I work in fast food so I know all the struggles but quality of food from this location is horrible. My drink is always good , but never food. Hash browns have obviously sat for hrs and I got a doughnut today that had paper stuck to it still where someone ripped the rest of it off. This is clearly a food safety issue. Food that has sat past it’s holding time does not temp correctly , therefore is a health violation. Please keep this all in mind when you visit this location.
