Usually this location is decent so I am not sure what is going on today. Drive thru only at this location until further notice. Wait times long, coffee was burnt and lemonade refresher was mostly water. The food we ordered was good but some was cold by the time we got it.

Never even got waited on after 20 minutes. The lady in front of me had 3 cups of Baskin Robbins ice cream and stood there in front of me waiting to pay for 15 mins easy. By the time we turned around to leave with no acknowledgment that we were even there, her ice cream had become a milkshake. My opinion is if you walk inside to receive service is that you will wait until they have waited on everyone in the drive thru first and then we will acknowledge you. Horrible service, ZERO STARS and there were 5-6 people behind the counter. Working yes but only for drive thru customers. Will stay as far away from this DD as possible with my wife and 3 kids.

I drive away with nothing about 1/3 of the time. When I manage to struggle through their sporadic, rude and wholly underwhelming ‘service’ it is often to find they are out what I wanted or I can only obtain it after arguing with them about whether I want it, know how to order it or they indeed sell the requested freaking coffee and donuts at a place that only sells coffee and donuts.

I used your work here a long time ago when it was the original Baskin Robbins Dunking Donuts when I was much younger in my 20’s. I am 42 years old now so I will stop by my former employer every now and then for a ice coffee and a donut.. When I did go on different occasions the service was good. Ice coffee was delicious

This Dunkin used to be so much better. Pre covid, we used to come so often, and everything was great, food was on time and correct. Today I ordered our usual but with 6 donuts. EVERY SINGLE DONUT was stale and hard. It’s bad enough there is barely any frosting on them EVER, (who buys donuts for the cake?!) no one! But this place is really disappointing from someone local who has supported for almost 10 years. We miss all the old crew! They always kept this place on point. I know it’s hard with new staff, but to serve stale day old donuts at 10am on a Sunday both racks were full of donuts, is no excuse.
