Love to stop here for breakfast or for a treat if I am craving something sweet. Have to share the adorable dessert I ordered from this location for Thanksgiving, an ice cream Turkey that stole the show . You choose the ice cream flavor that makes up the “body” and the “legs” are made of cake cones. It is coated with caramel on the outside to mimic browned turkey skin. I chose the pumpkin caramel cheesecake ice cream and everyone loved it. What a cute and clever addition to the dessert table!!

I give one star because there isn’t an option for negative start. My wife and I stopped to get her some ice cream she went in and stood at the counter. The employees that were there didn’t say a word to her. Not just a moment, nothing. They looked over at her a few times and never offended to take her order. They don’t have to worry about us ever darking their door again.

This is a dual business in the same building. On one side you will be BR Basking Robbins and on the other side DD Dunkin’ Donuts with drive through option.
Today was a nice fresh day to enjoy ice cream outside in the patio with the breeze.
We ordered coconut and chocolate cone and a cup of chocolate and vanilla (two scoops).
Prices were affordable, attention was great and ice cream was just refreshingly good. I’ve been here before for breakfast, smoothies or milkshakes.
No need to make a reservation! Tomorrow will be around 75° degrees, so don’t sweat about it, just lick it.

Look, I haven’t always had the best experience at this Dunkin & this is customer service wise and also taste, BUT I discovered the best drink today! The frozen mocha coffee is literally IDENTICAL to the Frozen cappuccino from Joffrey’s at Disney!!! Highly recommend! Also the staff was super nice, friendly AND helpful with figuring out how to order this drink! Definitely recommend although I posted a photo of the churro one instead of the mocha.

I don’t usually write a bad experience on here because no one is perfect and we all have bad days BUT this was just overall not good. There was a girl on the speaker who had a bad tone and attitude (strike one) then I pull around to the window to pay and she gets worse! No good morning, thank you or anything and she’s rushing me to get my items (strike 2) then I get my food….my bagel was stale and cold, my coffee tasted like it was rushed and like chemicals and the hash browns felt and tasted like it was left overnight and reheated in the microwave. I really wish I could’ve went back around and gotten my money back but I was on my way to drop my sister off at dialysis.

I always liked Dunkin but the quality of people they have hired the past few months has gone down. I overheard an employee talking trash about her manager Amber. She could barely help me because she was so into her conversation bashing that lady. All I heard was how low the pay was and how she was tired of doing everything and couldn’t wait for her grandmother to pick her up. Then she turns to me with the biggest smile and says I’m
Elizabeth but you can call me Silver something. Please hire better help…the food was good but I don’t want a side of workplace gossip. I’ll be going back to bojangles!

Terrible customer service, they do things reluctantly, they don’t clean, they don’t prepare the drinks properly, they need to get this store in order urgently.

This has always been my favorite place every since they open years ago. I have always bragged about how this store was so clean compared to others, and I’m such a regular that they already knew what I was going to order when they see me coming. Idk where the guy that was originally in there has gone to, but he needs to come back. The past couple of weeks, there’s always a issue, rather way to much milk in my latte to the point it’s white, or they charge me for the wrong thing by making it a signature, when I never order it because I don’t like whip cream. And if I order mocha, then why ask if I want hazelnut and give me attitude because you don’t know how to fix it One female in particular, that starts with the letter “K”, is completely rude not only to the customers but her coworkers. How she acts, while talking to them with her hand on the hip, or rolling her eyes and scoffing at them. She, whoever she is, even if she a owner in there need to go somewhere else. Because it will run ppl right to somewhere else. And I can’t stand Starbucks, but if their attitude is better and they know how to fix a drink then so be it. The unprofessionalism I have seen and experienced in the past few weeks is disgusting. Bring back the original man who was in there. Also if I didn’t order a drink and never ask for a signature, then stop overcharging me, and make it right. Don’t lose the loyal customers y’all have, because you have ppl in there who have attitudes, ( that one in particular) or if you can’t fix the same drink I have order for many years since this store opened. I’m highly disappointed, please do better and offer certain ppl training on how to be considerate to the customers and their fellow coworkers.

My son and I went to this place to get ice cream and we had such a bad experience even from outside till we got out. First they were power washing the walls and they were using this kind of noisy generator, I think they should do that after hours where there are no customers. Secondly I see the variety of ice cream they had was limited since they were repeated and some of them looked melted we decided to get it anyway, so when we ordered and wanted to pay they said they couldn’t accept my 100 dollar bill because they didn’t have change, mind you there were more customers before me and I think a place like this should have been able to have change because is a business. To me 100 dollar bill it’s not that big nowadays I understand if it was in the 1990’s but in 2025 is not..
Thirdly the manager just stared at us like if we were some kind of criminals.. lol . Luckily there was a Dairy Queen nearby so were able to satisfy our sweet tooth and they did accept my 100 dollar bill no problem.
