There is a tall, thin female sales clerk in this store who is very impolite and unfriendly to customers. I hope she can treat customers with courtesy and respect; this is the most basic moral principle. I hope she can improve her manners, as this would contribute to building the company’s brand image. Thank you.

Super super awesome! I went there for my birthday (today) and a worker which I sadly don’t know the name of, gave me 2 jelly filled donuts for my birthday! She was super duper nice and I am super duper happy! I gave the other donut to my brother and I’m about to have my birthday dinner! Super duper cool Dunkin’ Donuts!

Came and ordered a caramel crème frozen coffee and the dude heard caramel protein coffee and when we told him that is not what we ordered he proceeded to say I kid you not over and over “but you said protein” instead of fixing the order at that point he is walked away laughing because he heard the order wrong, my mom wanted a refund and he said he could not because there was no manager, the argument escalated and instead of simply fixing the order he wanted to argue that him and his coworker heard the order. Wouldn’t give a refund and wanted to argue that he got our order right. He was very rude and told me to stay in the passenger seat because I told him about himself. If you don’t have customer service skills let alone hearing skills go get a job elsewhere and refused a refund. Very unprofessional and won’t be returning. All could have been avoided is they simply repeated the order back.

Fire your manager or send her to take a class on how to be a manager. You are in hospitality industry, if you can’t talk to people nicely, stay home or fake it at least while you’re getting paid. Being in management is not a ticket to rudeness, also CLEAN your facility first. Your floors are dirty.

General Manager is so rude. Have been a loyal customer, coming by 3 times a days for over 3 years. Since this new GM took over its been horrible. Check the app, I only come once or twice a month if im desperate. So happy a fellow old dunkin customer opened they own coffee shop because they are tired of the B.S. as well. They will no longer have my business and I will be going to your competition.

This is by far the worst dunkin i’ve ever been to. The service is horrible and management sucks. My family ordered on the kiosk because we didn’t know what all we wanted and so we wanted to be able to look through the options, we ordered TWO sandwiches, an $6 dollar meal, and TWO sides of hash browns separately. We got our food and noticed we were missing a hash. I asked management about it and she insisted it was because we added additional hashbrowns separately and we should’ve added a third. But on the kiosk the $6 meal itself was a button and that’s what we pressed?? So why would we need to add the hash brown separately if it’s included in the meal?? She turned us down, and didn’t even try to accommodate to the situation, even though my mother already PAID for the hash browns included in her meal. The cherry on top. My sister and I sandwiches were terrible and sloppily thrown together, the eggs were cold, and my mother hated her coffee, she said that it just tasted bland, she got sugar added but it just sat all in the bottom not even properly mixed in. Ironically the hashbrowns were the only thing me and my sister enjoyed out of our meal. We never even got an small “sorry for the misunderstanding”, proper explanation, accommodation, nothing. Just you’re wrong and no you can’t get the hashbrowns you paid for. Don’t go here. I love dunkin but this one isn’t it.

Ordered two drinks, and they even asked me 3 times to confirm they got both orders even though they sounded kinda rude and not interested while ordering. Drive through attendant didn’t know the difference between a coffee and a latte. First thing they asked for was a tip even though they got both drinks wrong.

Just left Dunkin. My kids ran in and ordered a strawberry cold drink, two donuts, and a hot chocolate. In what world would you take a child’s order for hot chocolate and hand them a scalding hot drink? Most places serve hot chocolate to kids at “kids temperature” he burnt his mouth so badly. You should be ashamed of yourself. Businesses have been sued for this.

It’s a Dunkin Donuts. The staff worked quickly and they were friendly. The food was made correctly and served hot. The coffee was, of course, the best!

The person working at the drive-thru today didn’t seem to hear well, and I don’t think I received good service. I noticed she was rushed, and when I looked around, there weren’t any other customers. I ordered the bare minimum and had to go get breakfast somewhere else.
