The past two times I’ve came to Shelby I have went to Dunkin and it’s due to 7brew being so busy! We don’t have 7brew a in concord so I go to Dunkin when I’m home and the ones up in my city are great! The past two times I’ve came to this location both of my frozen coffees have tasted like creamer and ice. It’s not good. Last time I went back and asked them to put more syrup, this time I just went on about my day. I will just wait in line at 7brew next time. I foresee this location closing soon if they don’t get better

Placed a mobile order, when I arrived at the restaurant there were 6 cars in front of me. An hour later I’m at the box. They can’t find my order. When they finally find it. They get it wrong. Coffee was delicious. The doughnuts were not what I ordered. Not worth the amount of time and aggravation.

They should just shut this location down. They NEVER have anything that you order. I wanted a cereal milk latte. Nope. Out of the cereal milk. My daughter wanted a vanilla bean coolatta. Nope. Can’t make anything frozen. And always such natsy attitudes.

So this is directed at management/ownership, not the poor teenagers running around like chickens with their heads cut off behind the counter.
Why is it okay to put out stale donuts? Especially on a Sunday morning. Like I know some sell better than others, but there’s a reason your sanitation score was 94.5 (and upside down to the right of the front counter, to boot).
And don’t blame your employees, they put out what management tells them to.

I gave 5 stars because of the cashier at the window. She was really nice. My ham and cheese sandwich was delicious I wish that it was a little hotter. My blueberry pomegranate drink was delicious but my apple fitter I don’t know whether it was an apple fitter or an apple filled yeast biscuit with filling. I always get their apple fritters but I don’t know what happened today. ♀️.

Went yesterday around 12, asked for blueberry cobbler coffee and they asked me if I wanted cream and sugar???? Anytime I’ve ever ordered it I just ordered iced blueberry cobbler coffee, well I get to the window and my drink is FILLED with sugar the entire bottom was sugar, our other drinks were straight milk. Terrible

Went to this Dunkin’ Donuts store this morning to get breakfast for my family (fyi, was at the hospital all night waiting for a new family member to arrive). Got our order and went back to the hospital just to find that the breakfast biscuits and hash browns (3 combos of both) were completely inedible. All three biscuits were rock hard and burnt as if they were five days old and reheated. And all three sides of hash browns were a greasy mush pile, like they had been thawed, soaked in cold grease and then served. The absolute ONLY reason this is getting a one star is because I have to leave it in order to share this experience. DO NOT waste your money coming to this store. Absolutely ridiculous in serving food like that. It’s very obvious the workers don’t care, including management and they should all be ashamed! 100% will not ever return to this store and I highly advise no one else to either.

Stood at the donut case 10 minutes. 5 people working there, no one waited on us. The manager glanced at us 3 times but continued to ignore us. Then when i complained she acted like she didnt see us. Will never go back there.

I literally do not know what is going on with the dunkin’ donuts. I was at a doctor’s appointment and I was very excited to get Dunkin. I moved somewhere from where there was one on every corner to now it’s a 45-minute drive to each one So it’s a special treat for me when I finally get here. The last three times I have come they can’t cook any food I don’t know what is wrong with their kitchen and they’re very limited on the donuts that they have. If you can even call this a jelly donut. Pen held on side for sizing. They do not feel fresh either. My coffee That’s exactly like the coffee that’s been brewing on a pot on my counter for 12 hours. This is supposed to be a convenience and a joy and my joy has been taken.
