I’ve never had an issue while ordering from this place. The service is great and I always receive my order fast! Shaundra (hopefully I am spelling her name right, lol!) is always a delight to talk to and I always look forward to seeing her at the drive-thru. She is very efficient and polite! She brightens me and my aunt’s day whenever we stop there on our way to work. Great place!

I’ll learn one day, I hope. This is 3rd time this has happened, and yes I’ve let them know. Mgr, Chrissy didn’t seem to concerned when I brought it to her attention. This one was on bottom when they redid my order, (1st ones were worse) so didn’t see until I got home. I know they don’t care about my little ole money, I won’t break the bank, but they should do better.

Stop here every morning for coffee and most of the time breakfast. Everyone is always friendly and service is fast. My only complaint is that more often than you would think…my cup leaks and before I realize it, coffee all over my seats and clothes, but it hasn’t stopped me from going!

The manage Tasha, at this location was extremely helpful when I attempted to order the 30-cup container of coffee, and it is not available at this location. She git me 3 of 10 cups and adjusted the price to match. Now that is service.

Went in to order a frozen coffee asked for a sweet one instead I was given a bitter one, when I asked how to get it to be sweet they said you had to order a swirl. At 9 AM hardly any selection of donuts to pick from maybe five if you were lucky. Individual were not rude, but you could tell they did not really care whether you were there or not. It would do wonders if they even had a friendly greeting, instead it’s more like it’s a privilege for me to serve you. Suggest any other place besides this one.

Stopped to get my dad a dozen of their assorted donuts….he used to bring them home every Friday when I was young…I would wait on the steps for him to drive up…they were delicious! Got me a cocoa frappuccino and some donut holes filled with strawberry jelly for the ride…yyuuummmm!!!!

Consistently out of most of their food and a good portion of the coffee flavorings before Noon. Tried to order a cookie butter cold brew for the second time and they were out of it both times. Heard them tell someone else they were out of a different drink in drive thru. Almost no donuts left and zero munchkins even on their slowest days. Also badly burned some plastic in their oven somehow while I was there and filled the whole place with smoke which was not pleasant. If you’re a high volume store that’s consistently out of the same products, then make the adjustment when ordering. Insane to be open all day but out of everything before lunch.
