I’ve had such a great experience at Sun Valley Dunkin’. Their coffee drinks are some of the best around, and the donuts are always fresh and tasty. Since the new management took over, the service has been even better—everyone is kind, quick, and welcoming. Highly recommend stopping by!

2 out for the 3 times I’ve been to this Dunkin has resulted in being given the wrong items or having items be missing. First time was perfect, second time I was given a nitro brew instead of the latte I ordered, luckily I have eyes so I corrected it instantly. This third time I’m missing a muffin and was almost missing a drink.

This location is one of my favorites. The staff is always friendly when we go in. This morning my son and I stopped in and while they were short on staff Latoya was really friendly, welcoming and greeted us immediately while she was helping someone else.

I absolutely don’t recommend anyone go to that location! Horrible employees! Didn’t greet when we came it, didnt look at us and said nothing when we left. when i was ordering she didn’t say a word.
its like i was tryinggggg ao hard to get a word from her! This place seriously need to go over their stuff and hire new, professional employees that will at least talk to customers! 6 months ago i was there with same thing going on and today i just knew it will be same again. Ridiculous!!!!

Yikes the new morning crew is NOT IT. Idk who trained these people but the customer service is severely lacking. Like I have zero cars in front of me, why am I sitting at the menu for 10 mins with no one speaking to me on the speaker? And when I ask, they wanna act like I’m an issue? And how y’all outa LARGE AND MEDIUM cups? Is it new management or wha?

We accidentally put an order in wrong this morning and general manager Jay was so kind to make our drink correctly. The store was absolutely PRISTINE in cleanliness and orderliness and she is a superstar at making the drinks efficiently! She was so pleasant and efficient even though it was incredibly busy. You can close this store. The customer enters the store, starts placing an order, and then an employee says they won’t fulfill the order. Why let the customer enter, start the order on the computer, and then say you won’t serve them?! You’d rather throw everything in the trash…

I don’t usually leave reviews because I have worked in the restaurant industry for years and I understand things happen but it has gotten to the point that I need to. This location is closest to my house and job so I usually hit up this dunkin 3-4 times a week. Unfortunately I don’t know if I will be doing that any longer .The customer service is so hit or miss(definitely better in the morning). But I never know how I am going to get treated. I am 100% with tipping your barista and people who take care of you through the window. But as someone who has served I think it goes both ways- you take care of me and I will take care of you. But recently on top of the bad attitudes I am getting fed up with my drinks tasting completely different every time I come and my food being scorched. You should know better than to send a sandwich that is so burnt it’s black out of the window.One positive note I have for the staff is that they do get their drinks made fast and out the window for you. I am disappointed this has been my experience recently because it was my #1 breakfast place to stop in at and I like the convenience of the drive through in the morning before work compared to the starbucks across the street. Dunkin is also cheaper and the food is better in my opinion.I would have gone in and gotten my sandwich fixed but I didn’t even open it before I was just about to go into work. I was just shocked they would even send this out of the window. It just shows how much they care about their customers.
