Ordered a single pump vanilla latte. Had more foam than liquid and when I got to the bottom of the drink, there was this black hard thing that flew into my mouth. Attached are pictures of what was in my cup. Who knows what it was, but I assure you, I probably will never return tells me that they’re steaming container for milk was not properly cleaned out and also the barista had AirPods in while working.

The weirton wv location is completely worth skipping. They can’t ever get the order right, I mean they literally never put any syrup in my drink and I have to waste my time, money, gas to go back and get it fixed when I already spent my money on them to begin with. Also they have at least one staff member that runs the drive dru window that is very unfriendly and clearly hates her job. We say thank you or have a good day every single time but she basically throws the drink at you, doesn’t say a single word then shut the window. Doesn’t even acknowledge you. If you hate your job so much get a new one.

We usually have no problems with this store, but lately it’s been awful. On several occasions we’ve gotten home with missing donuts from our dozen donuts box and on 2 separate visits I’ve mobile ordered frozen coffees and paid for them, when I got there I was told the machine was broken and had to substitute with iced coffee. I realize they may be working on a limited menu, but change the online menu if that’s the case. You are charging people for the higher priced item and giving them a cheaper drink. Yesterday we mobile ordered wake up wraps and coffee, the wraps were ice cold and only had about a quarter piece of sausage on them. Today I mobile ordered 2 wake up wraps and coffee, when I got there they tried to charge me for my order even though I had already paid on the app. They gave me my drink and missed the wraps. After sitting for 5 mins at the window, with the girl at the window just sitting there staring into my car the whole time, I was told to pull around front, another 5 min wait. I got my food, hot this time, but there was paper inside BOTH wraps. Complete carelessness. There’s no number on the receipt to call the store and I was already too far away to go back. I will be emailing the corporate office and this Dunkin has lost our business. Pictures attached.

Probably the most miserable group of woman on earth. Not friendly at all on any day. Asked for a fork for my girlfriends loaded hash browns and said they only can give me a knife. Like com on dude. Never coming to this location again. Also never give napkins or anything.

They only get my simple order wrong a lot. When I asked for a lg Mocha Iced Coffee 4 mocha, 4 liquid sugar and 4 cream. It came with 2 mocha 2 in a half liquid sugar and 3 cream. I’m not sure they understand what a full pump is. I pay for it, I want it! Some of the people are friendly and others just try to get you out of the line. When my coffee isn’t made right I have to pull over into a parking spot, get my kid out of the car, lock my doors, go inside and ask for more of whatever is missing. That part can be annoying and irritating

We ordered some Avocado toast a few months back, it was hard as rock and had a funny taste to it, we ordered 3 punkin spice coffees today. They tasted law stale coffee and grounds with a small amount of pumpkin spice…never going back.

*Update 5/15/2025- Atmosphere was 4, updated to 5⭐. The atmosphere has greatly improved after completion of interior and exterior renovations. Including a new beverage bar and personalized sign.

Ordered Half calf caramel macchiato large. The coffee is burnt. Tastes like road dirt. The young lady at the window was very nice. Ended up going home and making my own.
