I ordered 5 drinks thru the app at 9:38 plus 2 drinks at the window. I understand they are busy, but they asked me to pull up to wait. I seriously watched as 5 cars behind me in the drive thru got their coffees and other items and I am still waiting. I decide to make a U-turn and get behind car 6 getting the order and at the window ask where my order is. Not joking, they were missing my 2 drinks I placed at the window. We didn’t get our drinks until 10:25

I am not one to usually write reviews, but after waiting a week to hear back from someone after submitting feedback, I felt the need to share my experience. On 10/24, I submitted a mobile order at 7:28am. By the time I got there at 7:38 to pick it up, the sandwich was ready, but the drink was nowhere to be found. At 7:45, the drink was still not ready as they continued to make orders for the drive thru that was coming in. I went up to the counter to cancel the drink and request a refund. At this time, they tried telling me that my drink was ready and proceeded to attempt to hand me a drink that was not what I ordered. I reiterated I wanted to just cancel the drink and get a refund as I had to get to work, and was advised that I just needed to “go through the app.” I tried this since I was brushed off by the workers there, but the app would not allow me to cancel the order or request a refund. I then submitted feedback through Dunkin’s website but still have not heard anything. Over the last 2 years, this Dunkin has gone severely downhill, which is a shame.

Let it be known that you will absolutely be waiting in the drive thru for about 30 minutes. Last time I was there the dude just handed me a drink from someone else’s orders and I had been waiting so long, I just said, I guess this is what I’m drinking today.

Have been going to this establishment for years ,it is very convenient on the way to work. The service is getting worse and worse started with receiving wrong drinks .. then left drink off. And sandwich on different breads ,( gave me a croissant when I ordered a bagel) . And with today think I will look for other providers in the area ..
Our order has become online orders and since then the troubles started.. today after ordering and paying was told the apple fritters were not ready and would substitute. Then after arriving at work I figured out my sour dough breakfast sandwich had 1 piece of bread .. that’s it . Guess all good things must end..

The worst run Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Complete disarray inside. Creamer spills all over the counter and floor, receipts scattered all over the counter, dirty paper towels inside the donut rack.
This is two days in a row I’ve come in for just a cup of coffee, it’s been over 10 minutes both days. Wth!
This place needs to be shut down for a week just to clean. Probably wouldn’t hurt to change the management.

Extremely fresh doughnuts and coffee. Workers are knowledgeable and polite. Great location. The place is in the same building as a nice convenience store and gas station. The best tossed coconut doughnut I’ve had in a while! Will go back for sure! A+!

This is a new dunkin with only self checkout. The computer didnt have any of the advertised seasonal drinks and so the employee told us to put something else in. Not sure if we were charged the right price? Not a fan of 0 service and will go somewhere else next time.
