First off no other customers were inside when we got there at 10AM. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash browns and a drink. The hash browns were 100% cold. The sandwich was also cold and the picture tells the bread story. 1 side of the bread was cooked & the other piece both sides were untoasted, picture #2&3 shows the untoasted slice, I flipped it to show both sides. Why is it so hard to understand that hot food should be hot & cold food should be cold. The sandwich taste was only a 2 out of 10. They really don’t care here. Go elsewhere. As I said earlier we were the only customers inside yet when our food was ready the put it on the counter and called it out instead of walking an extra 4 feet to place it on our table.

Everytime I come here and ask for light, basically no ice, I get barely any coffee and all ice. Which wouldn’t be all that bad if I weren’t paying almost $7 for a cup of ice that barely saw any coffee. This is after removing the ice, I hadn’t even had a sip of it yet.

I go here for my lunch break to get my coffee for the day. sometimes its made right but most times its not. More often then not they don’t make the coffee according to what I order. They constantly forget the mocha and the sugar.
Update: I had ordered a peppermint mocha on Saturday and ended up getting frozen cream. The drink was white like paper and had absolutely no flavor to it. Didn’t even taste like coffee. Today I ordered my peppermint mocha, its better but still tastes off. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. The bagel was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it let alone chew it. It also wasn’t toasted as I had requested. The quality of product from here leaves a lot to be desired. I think its time to go to Starbucks from now on.

Worst experience I’ve EVER had at Dunkin in my life my toasted white chocolate latte taste like it had no coffee in it it’s nothing but pure syrup you can’t even drink it. we ordered a plain bagel with butter my bagel was so dry an hard, cold the drive thru lady was absolutely rude she didn’t even know which order was which she basically threw my money back at me after saying she can’t take 100$. I’ve worked at a Dunkin for a while and never seen something like I just did.

Stopped by for coffee and donuts today. Donuts were crumbly and stale order was incorrect. Not once but twice. Come on Dunkin you’re better than this. Very disappointed.

The person who took my drive-thru order was not friendly at all. I asked her to please tell me the different flavors I could add to coffee, and she said to read them on the board, we asked for other stuff, and she sounded annoyed. The person at the window was a different person, and she was super nice.

The girl that made my coffee was great! The issue I had was the food! It was the worst I have had at Dunkin. The bacon egg cheese sandwich was way undercooked with semi raw bacon, and the hashbrowns were undercooked yet burnt on the edges. It tasted like eating burnt ash. Such a waste of money!
