Stopped here quickly, or so we thought and went through the drive through. 2 cups of coffee, 1 black and 1 with cream and a breakfast sandwich. Close to 12 minutes and even then the sandwich was made before the coffee and then the guy came to the window with an iced coffee! Nope, 1 black, 1 with cream. Go across the street to McDonald’s, probably better coffee and maybe a shorter wait time. Certainly not what I thought for a fast food drive through.

The worst managed Dunkin I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. After a 20 minute wait no one in front of me the guy takes my order. Makes me the wrong drink and over charges me. I request a refund another 20 minutes I ask the lady for a manager she is the manager. Finally gives me a refund recharges me for the right drink. No apologies no would you like me to at the very least reheat your sandwich nothing. Customer service is so important and lacking at this Dunkin.

Coffee was more watery than other dunkins I have visited and the donuts were really stale. The prices here were on the higher end also, compared to other dunkins (not sure around this area, as we live out of state) with a medium iced coffee costing $4.19, I usually pay around $3.70. I would skip this Dunkin for these prices and just get Starbucks where the product quality is more consistent, if a bit more pricey.

GOT SCAMMED!!! I ordered a 4 dollar specialty donut and they tried substituting it for a 1.20 cent donut and took 45 extra minutes to make a hot coffee that was watered down. Never stopping here again.

LAZY LAZY manager. She just stood there looking at papers while the other girl was doing everything. Didn’t even bother to help. She had customers at the drive thru and front counter. It must really suck to work under her. Employee needs a raise manager needs shown the door!

The worst dunkin in the area. Every time I go,I order through the app. My order is always messed up. The wait time is the worse. This review is way over due. I’ve gone multiple times hoping that this time is better and it never is. I never have a good experience here. If you can wait and go up the road to the Petersburg one on wagner, do that. That’s the best one I’ve been to.

Ordered a refresher, which was pretty good. It was a passion fruit with green tea. You can also have it with coconut milk or lemonade. My daughter ordered a sausage egg and cheese, but she stated it had a funny taste. Employee was very mannerable.

I walked in this store today. The cashier told me I had to hold just so she can make a personal phone call. She walks to the back and comes back up front to see me still waiting to order…… she then rolls her eyes and told the person she guess she has to call them back. With her nasty attitude I still really wanted my coffee. I started my order which is the same thing I’ve been ordering forever so I know it’s possible. Medium iced coffee 2 vanilla bean 2 stevia and almond milk. Before I even finished I was told that vanilla bean flavor does not go into the iced coffees… completely untrue. I just told her never mind and left because she was so rude And disrespectful toward me. 30min drive to Roanoke Rapids and I ordered the exact same thing I tried to order in emporia…. I guess it was some kind of magic that I was able to have vanilla bean flavor in my iced coffee in Roanoke rapids. I personally wouldn’t go back to emporia Dunkin’ Donuts and I feel that cashier should be fired!!
