Regarding DD Alfred Rd across from Southern Maine Medical, parking small but adequate, they have a ton of business, but I always receive efficient service and when I get a donut that’s supposed to be jelly that has no jelly. I have no problem getting in exchange even if it’s later in the day.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. We were driving through to go North a bit more. Stopped to eat dinner and saw their location, and thought “oh the boys love Dunkin. Let’s get that so I can put off grocery shopping for a few more hours”. Order through the app, show up to get the order, the “shift” tells me that she can’t find the receipt and I’ll have to either ask for a refund through the app, or call her manager in the morning. She then said she couldn’t even fill the order even if she could find the receipt because she couldn’t even fill 1 dozen donuts. I decide to park and go inside so I can get the managers name. I’m told that’s private, but she could give me the owners name. I am then starting to count the donuts, she does in fact have enough to fill the order, but she can’t find the receipt in her system. So I show her the receipt on my app. She says “how do I know you’re not scamming me?” And the gives the excuse that she is tired, so she won’t be figuring it out. I can make all the calls tomorrow to get my money back.
Absolutely the worst customer service. I am glad to find out that Dunkin Donuts is a franchise, and that this hopefully is only an issue at this location.

Not a pleasant visit. Just asking if you had glazed donuts and a maple donut, instead of answering the question it’s how many donuts are you getting with an attitude like I’m bothering you so much. I don’t work there, I can’t see your donut options from outside of the building ma’am. It’s completely free to be kind, unless it’s coming out of your paycheck and I’m unaware. Do better.

Work N Roll has quickly become a favorite spot for my girlfriend and me. The food is fantastic — big portions at prices that are basically the same as McDonald’s, except here you leave with enough for two meals. And let’s be real, who doesn’t love leftover Chinese food the next day?
The staff is always kind, attentive, and quick with service. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. Honestly, I recommend it to anyone who wants great food without breaking the bank.
My only “complaint” (if you can even call it that) is that my girlfriend and I ended up with the exact same fortune in our cookies — but that’s on the fortune cookie company, not this restaurant.
All in all, Work N Roll is one of the best hidden gems in Biddeford, and I can’t recommend it enough.

I ordered through the app. I was on my way to work. I realized when I got here, that I had done my order as a walk-in. I ended up in the drive-through. It was quicker and I was on my way to work. When I told him I was here to pick up a mobile order and I gave them the order number in my name, I also told her that I may have done it as a walk-in order instead of a drive-through order. She proceeded to tell me that they were too backed up then I had to come inside. A little annoyed but whatever. I proceed to go through the drive-through and go around and I had to sit there for almost 5 minutes because there was a backup of traffic. I don’t see why she couldn’t just turn around walk about 15 feet grab my stuff and hand it to me. What was the big deal? I go inside anyway. They were busy. But the glaring look I got from the girl at the drive-through? Not necessary. It’s not hard to say in a nice way for me to come inside in the future if that’s the way I’m setting up my order. Not to mention my coffee wasn’t made right either. This is a common thing with them. So I won’t be frequenting this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again. These girls here need a serious attitude adjustment. Maybe go find a better job or you’re not making 16 bucks an hour. Rather than take it out on customers who pay to utilize your restaurant when they can go to plenty other places that are just as good if not better.

Employees were great and Customer service. The reason for the One star is for the franchisee who doesn’t allow their workers to receive tips. Such a shame. When I hear someone say “I’m not allowed to take a tip” it’s a direct reflection of management and the ownership.

when I get coffee here I have a 50/50 chance of getting burnt coffee . I’m sick of going to this DD. when you spend $2,000 a year on coffee I expect it to be perfect not here and there. Fill the cup all the way up it is four dollars for a coffee. This is not an extra large.
