I stopped by this Dunkin recently and it’s honestly pretty solid. The food tastes fresh enough and the staff has always been friendly, like they actually seem to care. I appreciate that, especially first thing in the morning when everyone’s half awake.
There are times when things move a little slower than you’d expect, and every now and then my order isn’t exactly what I asked for. Nothing dramatic, just small mix ups that make you double check the bag before you leave. I guess that’s the only thing that keeps it from being great instead of just good.
Still, I’d go back without thinking twice. It’s a decent spot if you’re nearby, just give your order a quick glance and you’ll be fine.

This particular location has had their ice machine broken for over three months… It’s frustrating because this is the closest one to my house. When I asked the representative, who worked there how come it’s been broken for so long he flat out said that he’s been trying to get some money down for over six months to fix it. That management just does not care and what’s worse is that he says this so unapologetically. What made this whole experience even worse was I ended up getting an iced coffee since their frozen coffee machine was broken and I asked to get it sweetened with with sweet cream. He had put so much sugar in my drink that I could literally grind it between my teeth. This location either needs to fix their machine and higher people that can make drink drinks or shut it down. This is really awful service.

We went to this Dunkin 2 times a hour before closing. One they had locked the door infront of us and shut the drive thru off. The other time no one was even at the store. We pulled up to the window and they waved us around and locked the doors.

I ordered my coffee. When I got to pay the gentleman was nice. I waited patiently for my drink and bagel.
When I got my drink i read the tag and it was incorrect. As the lady handed my bagel she asked if it was wrong and she fixed it. It was still wrong but more like what I ordered. But when I got back and opened my bagel with cream cheese it has almost nothing on it.
The people were kind but the quality is lacking compared to other locations.

This place sucks. I went there this morning one employee on the phone in the lobby. Drive thru full of cars and one guy trying to run the inside and drive thru. I came in stood around for 10 minutes no one came to help me so I left. I wish I could give no stars because everytime I been there either bad service or they don’t have what you want. Better location in Brandermill area. Just sucks

I use to frequent this location and it would be problem after problem so I stopped. But recently I started coming again and the service is amazing and my mobile order is always ready when needed. Today my drive thru service from Jahmel (hopefully I spelled it right) was spectacular and I really appreciated him!

Ordered our food and the hashbrowns both orders were balled up together and smashed. that coffee wasnt made properly and tasted fowl which isnt always a thing with them sometimes its really good. but the the sausage egg and cheese wrap i got was hard and over cooked and the cheese in it was black. I dont how they find that acceptable to give to people when they are paying for it but i find it rediculous.

This Dunkin Donuts, always has problems every time I go. Some of the problems I have encountered are, they can’t always fix the food as there is not someone there that can do it, cashier can’t get register to work, don’t have supplies to make drinks and sometimes they get your order wrong. Plus long wait times even when there is hardly anyone in line. This is a picture of their wake up wraps. Today I used one of the apps Offers/deals for the 10 count munchkins, that are free with a drink purchase and I never even go the munchkins….

I had the most disrespectful encounter with a lady named Ebony, from the minute I pulled into the drive through there was zero customer service and she yelled at me as I kindly asked if I could have the creamer on the side, instead of politely saying no she starting screaming and made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I know many other people who go to Dunkin and have the same encounter with this worker which has made people stop going.
